新國竟然有人懷疑為什麼新國不是世界最快樂國家，馬勞同意嗎？

Why is Singapore not the happiest country in the world?

I am surprised that Singapore is not the happiest country in the world (Singapore falls 4 spots in World Happiness Report to No 26; March 21, online).
We have a per capita gross domestic product of S$73,167 — one of the highest — and a life expectancy of 82.7 years, which is ranked 5th in the world, as well as freedom, generosity, social support and lack of corruption.
Based on the six factors, why are we ranked 26th then, slipping four rungs from last year?
On the generosity factor, we have witnessed Singaporeans answering calls on a national scale to donate and support the needy and those who are deprived. And the social support given to people of all races is well documented.
Singapore is also known for its zero tolerance for corruption, which has ensured an honest, capable government that has earned the people’s trust at every general election. How many countries can declare that there is no corruption in their government?
I suspect Singapore has been penalised on freedom, which is a subjective classification that depends on what one wants or expects. Human rights advocates continue to hammer at Singapore on press freedom, individual rights, our drug laws and judicial independence.
But our freedom brings us peace in a multiracial, multi-religious society.
And if it also gives us happiness, longevity, progress and prosperity, then Singaporeans should be proud to say that we are the happiest country, regardless of our ranking by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
為什麼新國不是世界最快樂國家？

2）世界最長壽之一 82.7 歲
3）世界最清廉之一
4）世界最好退休計劃之一CPF
5）世界最好公共交通之一
6）世界最城市綠化之一

这种怕输的心态，怎样会快乐呢？
快乐是一个形容词，无法以物质衡量的。 |

我天天都好像很开心，不过永远都不会满足。
我对赚钱的欲望好像无穷无尽。。。。多多都不够，连我自己都不懂怎样控制这个恐怖的欲望。  |

HDB 少少 600千！
CPF 少少 400千！
銀行 少少 200千！

不丹 曾经是最快乐的国度吧?
可是若是把一心埋头赚钱换取更舒适豪华生活的马劳新劳丢去那里, 也是一样快乐不来啊。
放不下, 哪都一样苦啊。 |

3）世界最清廉之一 ： 多数人都没机会贪；
4）世界最好退休計劃之一CPF ： 多数人都不够用；
5）世界最好公共交通之一 ： 多数人都没钱买私家车；
6）世界最城市綠化之一 ： 多数树都不是自然的；
