国投买永成统一6.306% 崛起成大股东

（吉隆坡15日讯）国民投资机构（PNB）透过场外交易，一口气购入永成统一（WZSATU，7245，主板工业产品股）6.306%股权，崛起成为大股东。

据文告，国民投资机构于本月11日，购入永成统一2200万股，直接持有6.306%股权。

在同一天，永成统一的主席兼总执行长东姑乌兹，脱售1000万股或2.866%股权，每股售价1.03令吉或总值1030万令吉。

在脱售股权后，乌兹的持股权也降低至8342万1636股或23.91%。

永成统一前身为永成钢铁，上市初期的主要业务为生产以及销售钢铁相关产品。数年前，公司开始进军土木工程，矿业以及油气领域。

永成统一今天收报1.08令吉，升2仙或1.89%，成交量为6万8700股。

Pestech获国能7950万合约

（吉隆坡15日讯）Pestech国际（PESTECH，5219，主板贸服股）独资子公司PESTECH私人有限公司，获得国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）的项目合约，总值7950万令吉。

该公司今天向交易所报备，该子公司今天接获国能的得标书，为国能旗下位于雪兰莪乌拉冷必（Olak Lempit）的500/275千伏相量测量装置（PMU），提供相关配备和工程服务。

这些包括供应和调试2架1050兆伏安的自耦变压器、500千伏和275千伏的两种电源开关设备，以及其他配备，同时提供相关土木建设服务。

上述合约总值7950万令吉，预计在获得合约后的56天内启动，并在546天内完成。

该公司指出，这项合约预计会带动今明两财年的每股净利和每股净资产表现。

Pestech国际今天收报1.65令吉，涨3仙或1.85%，成交量为42万500股。

星辰建筑正面看待LRT3工程

（瓜拉立卑17日讯）星辰建筑（Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd）已透过公开招标提交5项合约的投标，并冀望在大马轻快铁3号线（LRT3）项目下中标。

星辰建筑执行董事关健龙表示，该集团正在竞标LRT3项目，其中包括巴生谷地区的仓库、车站和电线管道合约。

“我们相信，我们依然有非常好的机会，因为我们已投入大量精力，将自己定位成全方位的铁路基础建设公司。

“我们深知，我们的投标是极具竞争力的。”

他是在今日星辰建筑与江苏今创车辆有限公司（Jiangsu KTK Locomotive & Rolling Stocks Co Ltd）及金鹰重型工程机械有限公司（Gemac Engineering Machinery Co Ltd）的轨道机械交运仪式后，发表上述言论。

根据LRT3的网站，该项目旨在2020年前将万达镇（Bandar Utama）和巴生衔接起来。国家基建公司（Prasarana）是这个项目的持有人，而马资源-乔治肯特私人有限公司（MRCB George Kent）则是该项目的交付伙伴。

该网站也显示，全长37公里的LRT3将有26个车站。

大马邮政力攻电子商务放眼今年营收净利齐涨

（莎阿南22日讯）大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）预期，电子商务、物流与航空业，将会成为主要盈利动力，推动截至3月的2018财年净利表现优于去年。

大马邮政总执行长拿督苏克里沙烈今日在股东大会后，向记者指出，电子商务是最主要的推动力。

“我们会确保拥有电子商务所需要的基建设施。公司投资很多在这方面，以确保净利和营业额显著增长。”

过去两个财年，该集团的营业额按年增长20%，但随着市场越来越大，相信接下来难以取得如此大的涨幅，但不会停止增长。

去年9月，大马邮政完成收购Pos Aviation集团（前称吉隆坡机场服务集团），并开始把后者的营业额纳入在物流与航空业务旗下。

2017财年物流与航空业务营业额，达3亿2760万令吉，而这占了总营业额的15.7%。

考虑到Pos Aviation集团的贡献，他预计现财年的物流与航空业务营业额，不会少于6亿令吉。

大马邮政首季营业额从4亿1587万令吉，按年提高47%至6亿1163万令吉。

苏克里沙烈说，目前正与数个公司洽谈合作，以获得更多合作伙伴，让公司走得更长远。

分销中心11月营运

另一方面，大马邮政与大马Lazada合作在雪邦吉隆坡廉航终站（LCCT）旧址，设立一座电子商务区域分销中心，预计会在今年11月11日开始营运。

而该电子商务区域分销中心日后将由Pos Aviation集团所营运。

10月推数码邮箱

大马邮政将会在今年10月，推出数码邮箱（Digital MailBox）。

利用大马邮政作为我国主要邮政服务供应商的地位，数码邮箱将把该公司的邮件服务数字化。

通过数码邮箱，客户可处理邮件，同时缴付特定账单。

苏克里沙烈说，目前已有50多个商家合作。

（吉隆坡23日讯）D&O绿科（D&O，7204，主板科技组）因宣布重大消息，周四（24日）早上9时起暂停交易。

大马交易所表示，当局是在该公司要求下暂停其交易。

D&O绿科为马六甲半导体业者，主要业务是为汽车、车前后灯单位进行发光二极管（LED）封装。该股今年起引发市场关注，截至目前为止股价涨102%，3月创74仙新高。

闭市时该股跌0.5仙，至60.5仙

Higher revenue lifts SKP's 1Q net profit by 83% to RM33.36m

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 25): SKP Resources Bhd's net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017 surged 82.8% to RM33.36 million, from RM18.25 million a year earlier, on higher revenue recorded from existing key customers.

Earnings per share rose to 2.71 sen from 1.61 sen in the previous year's first quarter, the group said in a bourse filing today..

Quarterly revenue climbed 63.7% to RM524.88 million from RM320.56 million, read the filing.

SKP said it is confident in reporting consistent positive growth in its bottomline moving forward, backed by strong orderbooks from its existing customers and operational efficiency.

"Going forward, SKP shall keep its sight firmly to develop its market further in the electronic manufacturing service sector and continue to pursue vertical integration status," it said.

SKP's share price closed 1.4% or 2 sen lower at RM1.45, valuing the group at RM1.81 billion.

Mitrajaya active, up 1.82% on winning construction jobs worth RM377.45m

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd shares rose 1.82% in active trade this morning after its wholly-owned unit Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd has won two construction projects in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor for a combined contract sum of RM377.45 million.

At 9.31am, Mitrajaya rose 2 sen to RM1.12 with 1.75 million shares done.

The first contract, worth RM333.55 million, is to develop an academic building and a car park for a higher learning institution in Kuala Lumpur by Sept 2019. The second contract was awarded by Gema Padu Sdn Bhd to develop affordable housing in Sepang under the Rumah Selangorku scheme for RM43.91 million, which should be completed by Aug 2020.

Cypark up 1.22% on securing RM16.96m landfill contract

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 12): Cypark Resources Bhd rose 1.22% this morning after it secured a RM16.96 million contract for the closure and restoration of a landfill in Negeri Sembilan.

At 9.35am, Cypark rose 3 sen to RM2.48 with 27,800 shares done.

The contract was awarded by the National Solid Waste Management Department, an agency under the Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry, Cypark said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The group said the contract, which is expected to be completed in November 2018, will contribute positively towards its earnings for its 2017 and 2018 financial years.

"The works will further strengthen the company's position as one of Malaysia's leading specialists in solid waste management and integrated environmental solution," it added.

成功集团5087万售中国业务

（吉隆坡15日讯）成功集团（BJCORP,3395,主板贸服组）以7850万人民币（约5087万令吉）脱售旗下中国公司——成功绿色资源（佛山）公司（BGREE）予佛山环境保护投资公司。

成功集团发文告表示，BGREE估值为1亿6790万人民币（1亿751万令吉），但考量BGREE债务、未来盈利潜能诸多因素后，因此以7850万人民币脱售。

BGREE成立于2010年9月，投资成本为4760万人民币，该公司将从脱售中获利4229万令吉。

BGREE拥有佛山三水区西南街道区污水处理厂经营权，经营期限将在2039年3月结束。
