请详细阅读以下网友分享关于这个所谓KAJANG RM290K CONDO
这个PROJECT没有ADPL,很多问题,请要下定的好好考录清楚
Dear investors & home buyers, we believe most of you saw the bunting / flyers / ads on the 'Cheapest Condo in Kajang', claiming 'RM 290k for 1000sf 3R2B'.
Our humble opinion:
1. Do more survey before deciding to 'wait' for the launching of the said condo. When is the launching date? Ask the developer. Not the agent.
2. Directly CALL the developer to double confirm on what the agents claim. Talk is cheap.
3. Why is it 'cheapest in Kajang'? Why is it so cheap, especially when it is located near Jalan Reko, exactly in Kajang 2? Why other condos that are further away are selling at a higher price? Think about it.
4. Please bear in mind that the price is NOT confirmed. Refer point No.2
5. The RM 1,000 booking fee in the form of cheque is issued to the marketing agency, instead of the developer itself. Why?

Do consider the below:
How is the density like?
Who are your neighbours?
Quality of building and materials used.
How many residents will be sharing the swimming pool?
How's the traffic?
Etc
many buyers have already changed their mind and decided to book another project instead. It is further away from Jalan Reko, low density even though it has a slightly higher price tag.
Happy to say, buyers know the exact building plan, they are able to view the show unit and actual details are provided right in the developer sales gallery.
What home buyers/investors want is to minimise their risk, and most importantly, know what they are investing their hard-earned money into. Right? |
