Job vacancy:
Front office Agent / Supervisor
Concierge Agent/ Supervisor
Call center Agent
Salary AND housing allowance: HKD 9500 – HK13000
Requirements:
High School Graduate (Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or related field desirable)
Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service is an Advantage
Fluent in English and Chinese
Be willing to work any day and any shift
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
Responsibilities:
To be familiar with and be able to effectively and efficiently process the check-in and check-out processes for guests, in accordance with Front Office’s standards of operating procedures.
Develop a strong knowledge of the PMS system used at Front Office
To perform all activities at the Resort Concierge desk or within the lobbies and mall areas
To be familiar with all aspects of the Resort Concierge area which comprises of the sale and redemption of ferry tickets, Reward Dollars, limousine and restaurant bookings as well as entertainment events

Our client is a well-established luxury casino resort located at Cotai Macau
They have more than 3,000 suites, restaurants, convention space, shopping mall and casino area. There are also entertainment facilities for family and MICE group
