美国肯定会双重标准，但我认为中方不应该去理会那个不知所谓的海牙的啦
南海问题是一个长期的战略战场，不太可能会在短期有结果
中共的对外政策向来是耍太极，比耐心，沉得住气
所以这个战场对中方还是有利的

不过我觉得你一楼指的看待英方回应方面
我觉得确实可以被中方作为参考作用

這個案例, 真的是天上掉下來的禮物!

如果英方不理會阿方的聲索, 美國也靜靜不出聲,
那麼在南海問題上, 如中國不理會海牙,
美國出聲就會顯得太過明顯的雙重標準了.

中國搬出英國的作法時, 美國再怎麼自圓其說也
很難讓世界認同其雙重標準的態度.

其實這個球, 己滾到美國的腳下, 美國要如何作,
想必很快就會有答案.....

我再次阅读了你的帖子，觉得基本上是个带有幼稚性的愤青式想法
我确实不懂得回应愤青式的言论，所以坚持是个没有参考价值的帖子

UK response to Argentina’s intention to extend its continental shelf
The Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on 28th March a planned expansion of its maritime territory in the South Atlantic Ocean by 660,000 square miles.         
               
      
  
                    
This follows Argentina’s submission to the UN Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf (CLCS) in April 2009 to extend the outer limit of its continental shelf. The CLCS has now concluded its study, although its recommendations are not yet public.


The Rules of Procedure of the CLCS establish that it cannot consider areas where there are overlapping claims as to the continental shelf, or other disputes as to the delimitation of boundaries.


A Foreign Office spokesperson said:
  The Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf (CLCS) has no jurisdiction over the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands.
  

The UN itself has acknowledged that the CLCS could not and did not consider claims relating to the Falkland Islands within the Argentine submission.


The UK Government remains in no doubt over the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands, nor of the right of the islanders to determine their own future.

CLCS並沒有對福克蘭群島的主權作出任何裁決,
它根本沒那個權力!

我在第6樓有說過, CLCS沒有任何jurisdiction. 參考以下條例:
Annex I, Rule 5(a) of the CLCS's Rules of Procedure,
"In cases where a land or maritime dispute exists,
the Commission shall not consider and qualify a
submission made by any of the States concerned in the dispute."

英這個反應只能說必然是預料之中,
但要回過頭來看, 海牙仲裁庭也是在沒有任何Jurisdiction下
宣佈有受理權. 這點當時也跌破許多國際法專家的眼鏡.

因此, 中國大可效法英國, 看誰還能GGYY.

至今任未作出任何立場說明....
我只是在等美國的說法!
