（联合早报网讯）政府将在不久后正式立法让所有在职父亲享有两周有薪陪产假，并让夫妻共享更多有薪产假。

协助管理人口及人才署的总理公署高级政务部长杨莉明完成对韩国和丹麦的考察。她接受随行新加坡媒体访问时透露，将在下月初国会拨款委员会辩论该部门的开支预算时，宣布新政策帮助男性更多参与育儿过程。

她说：“我将专注于孩子出生前后那一年的时间。我们已有一些想法，帮助父亲是其中一部分，另外还有一些相辅的计划。”

从个人的接触中，杨莉明发现本地有许多父亲渴望有更多时间陪伴孩子。“我觉得已是时候。这些父亲有意扮演更大的角色，我们应当让他有这个能力。这是我回国后，首个要跟进的项目。”

政府是在2013年立法规定雇主提供一周陪产假。去年，李显龙总理进一步宣布延长有薪陪产假至两周，但不强制所有雇主那么做。

同样于2013年推出的夫妻共享有薪产假计划，则允许妻子将16周有薪产假中的其中一周转让给丈夫。

杨莉明指出，政府当初宣布为父亲提供一周陪产假时，给了雇主四个月时间准备，而雇主们看似也调整得相当快。“这回我会看如何给他们多一点时间。”

另外，她也透露，新加坡有意展开试点计划，尝试丹麦的保姆和小规模托婴中心模式，协助父母照顾18个月以下的婴儿。

她指出，政府已投入不少资源扩充托儿服务，接下来需要关注的是托婴服务，而丹麦的模式可能适用于新加坡。

所有丹麦儿童从26周起即可享有托婴服务。当地托婴服务可大致分成两类：第一类由保姆在自家看顾三四个小孩，然后每周一天，同区的五个保姆会一起到共用的托婴设施，让孩子一起玩耍、交流；另一种模式则是两三个保姆聚集在托婴中心照顾孩子，但中心规模很小，而且室内设计犹如一个住屋单位，以增加孩子安全感。

至于新加坡父母会否喜欢这两种服务，有待进一步考察。杨莉明认为新加坡不该排除任何可能性，应当抱持开放心态，先试行看看哪类服务更适合。

其实也不是很吸引人。有谁会为了10天ANNUAL LEAVE生小孩？？？
