（吉隆坡3日訊）大馬股市併購和私有化熱潮方興未艾，分析員看好這將會是今年下半年反復出現的投資主題，同時也期待有更多區域性的併購活動，以刺激市場購興和打造更強勁的區域企業。
馬銀行研究表示，今年下半年將可能有更多併購和私有化活動，這將繼續是今年主要的投資主題之一。
今年初有兩項重大企業活動出爐，即亞通（AXIATA,6888,主板電訊媒體組）和挪威電訊（Telenor）合併亞洲業務，其中涉及天地通和數碼網絡（DIGI,6947,主板電訊媒體組）合併；第二宗是楊忠禮置地（YTL Cement）以16億3000萬令吉或每股3令吉75仙收購拉法基馬（LAFMSIA,3794,主板工業產品服務組）51%股權，之後作出全面獻購。

今年上半年，共有另外8宗涉及上市公司的併購和私有化行動。
“由於整體大市疲軟，為釋放價值，我們相信併購及私有化將是2019年下半年反復出現的主題。”
該行繼續使用股價／淨有形資產及擴大後淨債務／營運盈利來篩查潛在的併購和私有化目標，並擴大至所有上市公司，從中找出93家符合3大標準的公司，此3大標準為1.股價／淨有形資產低於1.0倍，2.淨現金和淨負債／營運盈利低於3.0倍。
共7家公司符合標準:
在該行研究名單中，共有7家公司符合上述標準，可能成為併購和私有化目標，分別為CSC鋼鐵（CSCSTEL,5094,主板工業產品服務組）、世華媒體（MEDIAC,5090,主板電訊媒體組）、恆大置地（TAMBUN,5191,主板產業組）、樂天大騰（LCTITAN,5284,主板工業產品服務組）、星報出版（STAR,6084,主板電訊媒體組）、港業集團（HARBOUR ,2062,主板交通物流組）及亞洲文件機構（ASIAFLE,7129,主板消費產品服務組）。
肯納格研究則表示，該行仍然對牛市週期的回歸抱有希望，這可能會引領股市在未來1至2年攀新高。但關鍵問題是，何者為催化劑？
“儘管財政預算案可能比預期佳，以及外圍局勢更有利，但我們相信，併購可作為最迫切需要和期待已久的市場催化劑。”
該行指出，馬股在目前水平已徘徊了很長一段時間，肯定需要強大動力以走出低谷。雖然近期大型基建重啟令市場感到興奮，並重新點燃了一些市場購興，但升幅仍然低於期望。
“我們認為市場真正需要的是國內公司的一些轉型，即併購活動，以讓更穩健壯大的企業實體從中崛起。”
本地公司有不少進軍區域慘遭失敗的例子，因此企業選擇留在國內市場，導致近期缺乏進軍區域的消息。直到最近，挪威電訊和亞通可能合併本區域業務的消息，令該行大感驚訝，並認為這可能會再次引發大馬的併購主題。
此合併不僅可提振馬股的投資情緒，該行預見此合併將成為亞通轉型成為大型區域電訊業者的平台。
因此，該行認為與區域巨頭的併購，應該是大馬企業未來應走的途徑，以邁向區域化。
不僅限電訊業銀行領域
料出現併購洽談
“我們也相信這類合併談判不僅限於電訊行業。銀行領域也可能出現併購洽談。”
隨著數碼化時代到來，各行各業尤其是銀行及電訊等領域不得不接受先進科技。數碼銀行服務正侵蝕傳統銀行的市佔率，如果本地銀行不察覺，一旦掀起“數碼海嘯”，再行動可能為時已晚。因此，該行認為現在是銀行尋找區域合作的時候，以加強核心能力。更重要的是，一旦出現區域性的銀行合併，將可作為市場催化劑。
根據該行分析，在2006／07年銀行合併之前，馬股受困於1000點以下水平為時數年，但銀行展開鞏固行動後，購與帶動綜指超越1000點，並衝破1500點，直至2008年美國次貸危機爆發才令漲潮告終。
同時，在銀行鞏固活動期間，銀行領域（金融指數）的估值從1.6倍本益比或1.6倍股價／賬面值，升高至20倍本益比和2.5倍股價／賬面值，綜指的本益比也從12.2倍飆升至16.1倍，股價／賬面值從低於2.0倍升至2.2倍。

貿易戰衝擊 產品賺益跌樂天大騰次季恐少賺68％

（吉隆坡8日訊）樂天大騰（LCTITAN,5284,主板工業產品服務組）今年業務飽受中美貿易戰拖累，馬銀行研究預見第二季產品賺益恐顯著下滑，並拉低次季核心淨利大減68％至1億令吉，連帶下修全年財測6.7％。

全年財測下修6.7％

馬銀行研究指出，中國與美國貿易摩擦未解，讓樂天大騰今年過得異常嚴峻，其中全球製造業採購經理指數(PMI)自5月起不斷下滑，並反映出石油化學產品需求疲弱的跡象，但好在石腦油價格連續2個月下滑，幫助樂天大騰成功重新錄得賺益。

“不過，我們預期今年第二季產品賺益僅為每公噸488令吉，按年和按季下跌39％和11％，今年為止產品平均賺益為每公噸517令吉，比去年同期減少40.2％，更是4年來最低水平。”
該行說，管理層預期次季工廠使用率90％，預估次季核心淨利將按年大減68％至1億令吉，但按季則料起79％。

總結上半年，核心淨利可能下滑72％至1億5580萬令吉，僅達到全年財測的28％，但馬銀行研究看好隨著石腦油價格呈跌，下半年表現有望顯著轉強。

“儘管如此，今年以來平均售價超出預期，預見整體賺益可能收窄5.5％，高於5月預期的5％，因此我們下修2019財政年核心淨利目標6.7％至5億6100萬令吉。 ”

雖然馬銀行研究下調樂天大騰財測，連帶調低目標價至3令吉35仙，但卻維持其“買進”評級，主要是該股現以0.55倍賬面值交易，為全球估值最便宜的石化股，估值更遠低於重置價值，同時集團現手握市值53％現金，預測2019財政年周息率將達到4.1％。

（吉隆坡1日讯）乐天大腾（LCTITAN,5284,主板工业产品服务组）成贸易战受害者，首半年净利跌71%，尽管下半年产品价有望回弹，然而平均价格仍受美中贸易紧张干扰需求而走低，分析员大砍这个财政年财测14.3%至60%。

达证券预测，化学产品平均售价走低15至25%，价格走势料因贸易战而一片阴霾，大砍今后3年财测60%、36%和39%。

马银行研究认为，化学产品价格7月间谷底反弹可驱动下半年捎来更佳业绩，但基于首半年净利只占全年预测的28%，不看好全年钱景；调低此财政年财测14.3%，下两个财政年财测不变。

达证券表示，贸易战导致供应从美国转至东南亚，使东南亚产品供应过剩，首半年化学产品价格平均跌12至29%，净利也跌至1亿6068万令吉。

其中，乙烯价今年迄今跌29%，高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）也跌22%，并导致烯烃业务次季面临税前亏损。

达证券指出，国油化学（PCHEM,5183,主板工业产品服务组）的边佳兰炼油与石化中心第四季启用，产能增长亦可能造成长远赚益受压进一步恶化。

乐天大腾的美国厂房正进行安全测试，预计第三季投产后有望改善下半年盈利。

美国厂房中包含年产100万公吨的乙烷裂解（ethane cracker）生产，有36%持股，同时年产能70万公吨的乙二醇生产制造（40%持股），预期投产后在下半年作首次贡献。

The power outage lasted for about 12 hours. The electricity supply to the Plants has been fully restored. LCTN is working to restore the plant operations to normal conditions. The Company is assessing the financial impact on the Company and will make an immediate announcement once determined. We will provide an update on this matter as soon as possible. The Company wishes to announce that the Lotte Chemical USA Corporation Shale Gas Project (“Shale Gas Project”) in Lake Charles, Louisiana, United States, comprising an ethane cracker with a capacity of 1 million tonnes ethylene per annum (“US Ethane Cracker Plant”) and a 700 KTA monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant (“US MEG Plant”) undertaken by Lotte Chemical USA Corporation (“LC USA”), a 40:60 joint venture between the Company and Lotte Chemical Corporation, has commenced commercial operations in August 2019 on an integrated basis. The US Ethane Cracker Plant was developed by means of a joint venture structure between LC USA, which has a 88% equity interest and Eagle US 2 LLC, a 100% held subsidiary of Axiall Corporation (owned by Westlake Chemical Corporation) which holds the remaining 12% equity interest. The Company’s effective equity interest in the US Ethane Cracker Plant is 35.2%. The US MEG Plant is wholly owned by LC USA and the Company has a 40% equity interest in this facility. The US Ethane Cracker Plant will use ethane gas and process it into ethylene whereby 50% of the ethylene produced will be off taken by Axiall Corporation and the other 50% will be consumed by the USA MEG Plant as the primary feedstock.  The US MEG Plant produces MEG and derivatives. MEG is a vital ingredient for the production of polyester fibres and film, polyethylene terephthalate resins and engine coolants. This announcement is dated 5 September 2019
