帮帮忙 ... 为何会这样?

我贷款CIMB 的 flaxi loan , 今日来信说, 从12月起要charge 我每月$40 , 因为一路来都是charge $10 的, 为何要charge 我$40 呢?
顺便一提, 信中还讲, 如果我的flaxi account 里面below 70% 就中那$40 塊每个月。

Utilisation Fee
Effective 1 December 2015, CIMB Bank will be imposing a monthly flexi charge of RM40 (“Flexi Charge”) per month if the *Utilisation Rate under your Flexi Loan facility falls below seventy percent (“70 %”).
*Utilisation Rate
The calculation of Utilisation Rate will be based on the formula below:
Average Daily Flexi Account Balance (RM) = Sum of Daily Flexi account Balance / number of days in month
Utilisation Rate of the month (%) = Average Daily Flexi Account Balance / Current Facility Limit x 100%

是BELOW70%才中RM40吧...我也收到信....应该是不要给你放钱在里面扣利息...

我迟看到信，很生气，欺骗我们！
我借HSBC的Flexi， Account Set Up 也没收钱。CIMB什么都要钱。
要不是ProjectBankLoan没有HSBC，还要受CIMB的气。 |

习惯就好。Bank Negara 默许他们这样做，还有什么法子？
顺带一提，如果买 under-con 的又拿 cimb 贷款的更要注意，要检查你们的 statement，有时利息会算错的 |

刚刚收到银行的回复如下。
重点： at this point in time 。。。。。 将来的point is when呢? 
Dear Miss XXXX,
A very Good Afternoon to you.
We refer to your feedback via email on the above matter dated 17/11/2015.
Please be informed that the bank will not be implementing the Flexi Charge at this point in time for our existing Flexi customers and the Flexi Charge will only be applicable to the new Flexi customers.
The bank will be communicating the outcome in writing to you soon.
We trust that the above clarifies your concern and thank you for the feedback.

刚刚call 去cimb , 他们讲因为太多人投诉，所以现在$10维持原状.....

这个只是电邮，还要等正式的回复信。
他家的面子书已经被顾客投诉到很难解释了。
这个月和以后的生意额直线向下吧。如果银行倒闭了，我们还要还款吗？

我都有在它FB投诉，flexi变成不flexi了。。。。
