AGE OF MAJORITY ACT 1971

Age of majority
Section 2.
Subject to section 4, the minority of all males and femalesshall cease and determine within Malaysia at the age of eighteenyears and every such male and female attaining that age shall beof the age of majority.

INTERPRETATION ACTS 1948 AND 1967
“minor” means a person who has not attained the age of majorityprescribed by the law applicable to him;

根据以上provision，我会说18岁就能申请了。
