TechnicalSupport Executive Responsibilities: - Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product
- Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
- Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
- Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in IT Field.
- Required language(s): English
- Ability to speak in Mandarin will be added advantage (Applicable for mandarin allowance)
- Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to apply
- Training will be provided.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
