薪金:RM3000 - 5000
這個職位是合約性的,1年合約(但是可以辭職,和普通的職位一樣)會續約!工作性質和要求如下:
Customer Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer issues and develop necessary actions and ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction to provide appropriate support for same.
- Coordinate with service partners and call centre.
- Manage all after sales inquiries from social network, online and forum.
- Provide daily support to service centre and call centre and provide resolutions for all customer inquiries according to virtue policies.
- Manage and provide efficient distribution of all communication for proactive customer services.
- Analyze processes and procedures and identify all customer satisfaction issues and perform all preventative and corrective resolutions.
- Working with field engineers to visit service centre/customer/consumer when necessary.
- Developing customer-facing documentation for our website on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
- Strong customer management skills.
- Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills are essential to work in this field. Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Good written and verbal English. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related filed is required for this position.
- Preferable senior level in customer service or equivalent.
- Heavy knowledge of web application.
- Strong understanding of Customer Support and Call Center Best Practices.
