The Board of Directors of Priceworth International Berhad (“PWI” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Maxland Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“Maxland Energy”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 12 September 2023, entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Destini Energy Sdn. Bhd. ("DESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Destini Berhad to collaborate with each other in view to develop and embark on renewable power projects inclusive of solar power plant project with Indah Water Konsortium, solar power projects in Sandakan, Malaysia and Victoria, Australia and any other renewable energy projects to be secured by the Parties (“Collaboration Agreement”).   Maxland Energy and DESB shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”.
