Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised expressions shall carry the same meaning as ascribed to them in the announcement dated 1 April 2013. Further to the announcement dated 1 April 2013 in relation to the Proposals, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of PIB wishes to announce the following:- 1.        Convertible securities We would like to rectify that under Section 6.5 of the Announcement, the Company currently has 86,857,643 outstanding warrants as at the date of this announcement (“Warrants”). The Warrants has an exercise price of RM0.50 each for each new share of RM0.50 each in PIB upon the exercise of the Warrants. The Deed Poll dated 17 March 2011 of PIB in relation to the Warrants (“Deed Poll”) will govern any necessary adjustment arising from the Proposals during the Warrants’ exercise period. In accordance with the Deed Poll and pursuant to the Proposed Par Value Reduction, the exercise price and the subscription rights of the Warrants shall be adjusted accordingly. Any adjustment arising from the Proposed Par Value Reduction, which is subject to certification by the Auditors in accordance with the Deed Poll, will be effective from the market day (being a day on which Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is open for trading in securities) immediately preceding the date on which the Proposed Par Value Reduction becomes effective. As announced on 1 April 2013, the Proposals are inter-conditional upon each other. A written notice(s) to holders of the Warrants relating to the adjustment to the unexercised Warrants arising from the Proposed Par Value Reduction will be issued by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll. Save for the Warrants, the Company does not have any other convertible securities issued or granted. This announcement is dated 4 April 2013.

Description	In response to the letter of query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad received on 27 December 2013, the Board of Directors of Priceworth International Berhad ("PIB") do hereby furnish the additional information as follows:
1.   The interest claimed is at the following rate as per the Writ of Summons dated 12 December 2013: (i)   Late payment interest at the rate of 8.5% from 25 June 2012 to the date of full and final settlement of the outstanding commission pursuant to the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998; and/or (ii)  Alternatively, interest at the rate of 5% per annum on the outstanding commission from 3 June 2012 to the date of judgement; and (iii)  Interest at the rate of 5% per annum on the outstanding commission from the date of judgement to full and final settlement of the outstanding commission. 2.   As announced earlier, the alleged sum claimed by the Plaintiff representated 7.4% of the net assets of the PIB Group as at 30 June 2013.  PIB does not anticipate any other financial or operational impact from the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the PIB Group.

今年初宣布凭单行使价不会因为面值削减而使得凭单价钱大跌的实值木品（PWORTH，7123，主要板工业）大股东，最近披露他正买进实值木品-WA（PWORTH-WA，7123WA，主要板凭单）。

根据大马交易所的公告，该公司最大股东林玉福（译名）在3月总共买进了333万单位凭单，使他的凭单持有量增至437万单位。实值木品-WA的价钱近期在5仙至6仙波动。林玉福去年5月卖出2560万单位的凭单，只剩下104万单位。实值木品-WA当时的价钱是在10仙左右。

实值木品去年4月4日宣布，实值木品-WA行使价將根据面值削减而有所调整，使投资者对该凭单走高有期望而走势强劲。隨著大股东之后在高价沽货，实值木品-WA价钱就逐步回调。

令吉贬有利业绩

正当投资者盼望凭单行使价调低之际，实值木品却在1月宣布实值木品-WA將不会调整行使价，使得该凭单在1月20日大跌。

实值木品不愿把凭单行使价调低，可能和该公司正在进行中的另外一项企业计划有关。实值木品也將发行最多相等于5000万令吉的可赎回可转换股票据（RCN）。

RCN持有人可以根据预定方案转换为普通股。这些RCN投资者也明显不愿看到凭单行使价被降低。首批RCN已经在在3月初发出，这批RCN已经最近被持有人根据14.1仙的转换价转换成实值木品股票。

隨著大股东开始买进公司凭单以及RCN的发行和转换，从去年5月约40仙股价高峰猛挫下来的实值木品，股价或许在近期见底而有所反弹。该公司业绩也预料可以在令吉处于弱势的情况下受惠。

综合上述条件以及近期木基行业的復甦，投资者可考虑在低价隨大股东买进公司股票或凭单。

（吉隆坡2日讯）实值国际（Pworth，7123，主板工业产品股）迎来新大股东，来自沙巴的陈丰鸣（译音）在场外收购5%股权。

根据文告，陈丰鸣是在3月27日以场外交易方式，收购实值国际的1410万普通股，相等5%股权，惟未透露收购价。【南洋网财经】

大股東低價回購憑單 實值木品股價或見底

今年初宣佈憑單行使價不會因為面值削減，而使得憑單價錢大跌的實值木品（PWORTH，7123，主要板工業），大股東最近披露他正買進實值木品-WA（PWORTH-WA，7123WA，主要板憑單）。

根據大馬交易所的公告，該公司最大股東林玉福（譯名）在3月總共買進了333萬單位憑單，使他的憑單持有量增至437萬單位。

不願調低憑單行使價

實值木品-WA的價錢近期在4.5仙至6仙波動。林玉福在去年5月賣出2560萬份憑單，並只剩下104萬份憑單。實值木品-WA當時的價錢是在10仙左右。

實值木品在去年4月4日，宣佈該憑單實值木品-WA行使價將根據面值削減而有所調整，使得投資者對該憑單走高有期望而走勢強勁。

隨著大股東之后在高價沽貨，實值木品-WA價錢就逐步回調。正當投資者盼望憑單行使價調低之際，實值木品卻在1月宣佈，實值木品-WA將不會調整行使價后使得該憑單價在1月20日大跌。

實值木品不願把憑單行使價調低，可能和該公司正在進行中的另外一項企業計劃有關。

實值木品也將發行最多相等于5000萬令吉的可贖回可轉換股票據（RCN）。RCN持有人可以根據預定方案轉換為普通股。

這些RCN投資者也明顯不願看到憑單行使價被降低。首批RCN已在3月初發出，而這批RCN已最近被持有人根據14.1仙的轉換價，轉換成實值木品股票。

隨著大股東開始買進公司憑單及RCN的發行和轉換，股價從去年5月40仙左右的高峰，猛挫下來的實值木品股價，或許在近期見底而有所反彈。

綜合上述條件以及近期木基行業的復甦，投資者可考慮在低價隨大股東買進公司股票或憑單。
