在日本出生的宝宝怎么样办理入籍马来西亚？

呃，大家都懂大使馆的工作态度的。打了很久电话都没人接。现在打算直接开车去做我宝宝的入籍登记。

请问大家有没有人知道详细的流程和需要什么文件？

1.日本出生证，要翻译去英文？多少copy？
2.妈妈是大马国籍，身份证原件和复印（多少张？）
3.结婚证原件和复印件（多少张？）
4.入院生宝宝的记录（要翻去英文？多少copy？）
5.爸爸是日本国籍，要提供什么文件？要表翻译去英文？多少copy？
6.妈妈的签证（再留卡）

暂时想到这些。。

做么没update的？这里写是爸爸是大马籍就可以入。。。妈妈是爸爸不是怎么办？

6. REGISTRATION OF CHILD BIRTH
A child born outside Malaysia can obtain a Malaysian nationality if his/her father is a citizen
of Malaysia and Report of Birth is submitted to the Embassy of Malaysia and be accepted
within 1 year of birth (before the child becomes age 1). Please bring your child with you
when coming to the Embassy for birth registration. (Please report to the Japanese
authority prior to reporting to the Embassy of Malaysia.)
Required documents for Report of Birth
Father
a. Passport (original to be presented and a photocopy to be submitted)
b. Birth certificate of Malaysia (original to be presented and a photocopy to be submitted)
c. IC card of Malaysia (original to be presented and a photocopy to be submitted)
d. Certificate of marriage issued by the government of Malaysia (original to be presented
and ２ photocopies to be submitted) ＊Islamic Certificate of Marriage (issued by the
Malaysian Islamic Authority) in case of Muslim (original to be presented and 2
photocopies to be submitted)
e. Certificate of Alien Registration Certificate (not required if the applicant does not reside
in Japan) not the alien card, please obtain from city hall
f. Power of attorney letter from father (in case the mother is not Malaysian and she
comes to register without father)
Mother
a. Passport (original to be presented and a photocopy to be submitted) ＊If the mother
is Japanese who does not have the passport, Driver’s License or Insurance card can be
used.
b. Birth certificate of Malaysia (original to be presented and a photocopy to be submitted)
＊in case the mother is Malaysian
c. IC card of Malaysia (original to be presented and a photocopy to be submitted) ＊in
case the mother is Malaysian
d. Resident card after the birth of the child is registered (original to be submitted) ＊in
case the mother is Japanese
e. Certified copy of Family Register after birth of the child is registered (original to be
submitted)＊in case the mother is Japanese
f. Certificate of Alien Registration Certificate (not required if the mother is Japanese)
from city hall
Child
a. Certificate of birth (in unified form issued by hospital)(original and a photocopy)
Or Certificate of the facts mentioned in the Report of Birth issued by city hall.

为何不要日本籍？哪里XXX多，成人运动的也多，又尖又冎的也有，孩子长大后会很感激地

如果爸爸不是马来西亚国籍, 妈妈是马国籍, 除非孩子是在马来西亚出生, 不然是不能拿马国籍的。

双鱼姐姐说的对，妈妈是马来西亚国籍在外国生孩子，孩子是不能拿马来西亚国籍。
前年朋友的孩子尝试了还搬回去住了一年也拿不到。

结婚证件也要马来西亚的。没有就免谈帮宝宝拿马来西亚报生纸

对，我打了电话去JPN问了。孩子是不能自动获得马来西亚国籍，可以通过15（2）条规申请。

没有啊，现在先搞清楚了，外国出生的马来西亚籍妈妈的孩子是不能自动获得大马国籍这事。
接着要去跑大使馆了。。。

应该申请不到，朋友申请搞了一年结果的通知是不能拿。

那天看到review，必须要有大马的结婚cert，才可以为孩子拿大马的出世纸。必须要在小孩子一岁之前就开始申请。
我也打算为孩子拿大马出世纸，宝宝预产期6月。
