Location: Bandar Pinggiran Subang & Bandar Damansara Perdana
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative duties of confidential and personal assistance to the MD.
• Arrange and book business and personal travel itinerary and hotel accommodation for the MD.
• To take accurate minutes of meeting and ensure follow up on action items on behalf of MD where required.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD.
• To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of team members and business associates.
• Handle the MD’s office day-to-day administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up on instructions of the MD where necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Manage public relation matters.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably male and must able to travel overseas
• Possess high integrity, matured and independent with right sense of urgency.
• At least 2-3 years Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Private Secretaryship (PSC) or Business Management equivalent.
Salary Rage – RM4000-RM5000
