很多人一开始就割了。。。
也很多人去割了。。。
也很多人收到信当没收到。。。
第一间屋印花税扣一半。。。其它的看律师行，不同律师扣不同价。。。
价钱在4k 至 9k里面。。。看你在那个条件里面

Pls help share to those who stay in Bandar Tasek Mutiara and wish to renovate the house...
Pls aware of a contractor name Calvin (016-461 8911) from Megar Renovation, don't ever pass the job to him!! He active in new housing area and believe number of owners gave the renovation work to him...
I passed the renovation job to him 2 months ago and had paid 70% renovation cost...End up now my house renovation yet done and I unable to contact him at all...I tried look for him according to the address in quotation and found that it was false address.I had reported the case to police. If there is others victim same as me, pls go report the case to police.
Aside, his workmanship is terrible as well...
Advice from residents around, don't believe those contractors that hang the panel around new housing area. Many of them are cheater! I realized too late.... |

很多还在装修。。。经济不好很多延迟装修。。。
人都很好，环境在进步中。。。
