Bali岛的司机及taxi费用

我们一行人将在2-5.10.2014去bali.住在Nusa 一带。请问有好的司机介绍吗？不要那种豪华型或逛礼品店及土产厂的那种，纯粹去旅游经典逛逛。因为某些因素，有的时间不需要用到司机，但如果我要乘搭taxi从nusa 2去ubud 或kuta,车费大约多少呢？

还有，有没有一些价格合理又好吃的美食店介绍吗？ 我们会排除jimbaran,我们只会专注在以下的这些地点:
Uluwatu
Ubud
Kuta
Tanah lot
Tegalalang
Taman ayun

Depart : PG to KL LCCT    :  11.20am-12.20pm
Depart : KL to Bali (DEN) :  15.45pm-18.40pm
7.30pm : Dinner Honey Malioboro, avakado juice, fly fish, taufu telur (very yummy)
9.00pm : check in ohana hotel kuta
10.30pm : Walk around Kuta area -supper mutabak (very yummy)

1.00pm   : Mt. Batur Volcano Kintamani (bring jacket)
1.15pm  : Buffet Lunch with stunning view of Mt Batur
2.30pm   : Coffee plantation
4.00pm   : Tirta empul temple
6.30pm  :  Verona spa & massage  
8.00pm  :  Dinner at bebek tepi sawah (Crispy duck)

12.30pm : Beratan Lake & Lake Buyan

3.00pm    : Taman ayun royal temple
4.00pm    : Tanah Lot  
6.00pm    : Dinner at Jimbaran
8.30pm    : Check in Hotel Kuta Cental Park hotel
11.00pm  :  Sky garden pub

12.00am : Water blow  
1.00pm  :  Lunch nasi campur introduce by drive (cheap & yummy)
2.30pm  :  Padang-Padang beach
3.30pm  :  Blue point church relax tea time
4.30pm  : Uluwatu temple
6.00pm  : Kecak and Fire Dance
8.00pm  : Dinner at Bamboo corner (seafood basket, tempe) change go to eat beef rice and beef soup
9.00pm  : Back hotel Kuta Cental Park hotel  
10.30pm : walk around legian street and kimbery massage

17.10 (5.10pm)  – Reach LCCT
20.45 (8.45pm)  – Flight LCCT- PG
21.40 (9.40pm)  – Reach PG - home sweet home

shirley,你是包导游还是包车罢了？如果只包车，自己付入门票和吃的，会比包导游贵吗？

Hi, 我是包车罢的。
Adipa is driver not tour guide but he have 7 年多 经练。知道很多好玩好吃又便宜的地方。
U may ask him quotaion and say want save cost, then he sure will take note n help u save cost.
He really help my trip save many cost n bring us eat many local yummy food.

Shirley, did he become the guide and give explanation on those places or purely as driver?
