我6月 8号到 Hanoi ,sapa 和 Halong Bay，不知道那边状况怎样，aa不知到可以refund吗。。。

我们也是买了9号的哦河内的。。。担心中呀。。希望5月底能平息。

我今天问aa可不可以refund的答复：
-As the flight is on schedule and no orders from the respective government to stop flying to the said destination there will not be any service recovery offered
-If the government has ordered us not to fly to the respective country then the service recovery will be offered
-As soon the announcement to stop flying has been announce the team will inform you via email and sms

廉价航空机票很多限制的。。关注后续发展吧。看情形河内应该没问题。。。

名为“越青”（Vit Tn）面簿前天发起“反中国大游行”，批评越南政府软弱，“不要一直当北方人的奴隶”，号召越南人团结，后天（18日）在越南北、中、南游行，发挥越南历史著名将军阮文惠大败清军精神，“打倒中国的霸道主义、打倒中国的侵略主义”。该文章已超过一万人按赞、逾千人转贴。

问了一个越南人和一个大马人(两个都在胡志明)....一致都叫我别去先....我朋友在那边有越南老婆和会讲越南话....都要跑路到边界....唉....自认倒霉....只好再买过机票和酒店....

越南华侨都自身难保，更别说我们这些海外华人，越南人的反华情绪已经到了血脉贲张的汹涌，没必要去趟浑水。

To All Malaysian,

I wish to inform you on the following:-

1. No Malaysian has been physically harm following the riots that had taken place recently in Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Ha Tinh Province

2. Unfortunately several of our fellow Malaysian interests were attacked by the rioters and had structural damage on their factory and losses to their equipment.

3. To date, situation is under control and safe. The Consulate General is in close communication with the Ministry of Public Security and they have given me the assurance of your safety. I also requested them to inform the Provincial Police to take notice of our presence where you are residing. In this connection, I would appreciate for you to report to the nearest Police Station especially those in the affected Provinces as to ensure they know of your presence there.

Notwithstanding the above, with concern on the rumours of a big demonstration expected to take place on 18 May 2014, the Consulate General was informed by the Ministry of Public Security that there is a possibility of a demonstration taking place on 18 May 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City. The location of the demonstration is expected to take place at the following venue:

    i.    In front of the People's Committee office i.e Town Hall

    ii.    The park near to the Reunification Palace and Diamond Plaza

In this connection, I would advise all Malaysians to avoid these areas should the event takes place. For your information I was informed that this demonstration is supposed to be a controlled demonstration organized by the Communist Youth Party Wing with the participation of university students, youth organizations and local professsional.

Nevertheless, please be wary and vigilant of your area and be safe.

香港旅游业议会宣布，鉴于香港特区政府已向越南发出红色外游警示，从5月16日起取消从香港赴越南的旅行团，直至本月26日，受影响的45团合共1000人。

港府前晚把对越南旅游警示级别由黄色提升为红色，代表“有明显威胁”，如非必要应避免前往当地。

台湾外交部今天宣布，即日起提升越南全境为“黄色”旅游警示灯号、胡志明市第一郡则升至“橙色”旅游警示灯号。

据中央社报道，台湾外交部发布最新领务讯息，明天越南可能发生全国性示威游行活动，为提醒台湾人注意旅越安全，自即日起提升越南全境为“黄色”旅游警示灯号。

至于胡志明市第一郡则调高至“橙色”旅游警示灯号，至于平阳省、同奈省则仍维持“橙色”灯号，并呼吁近日拟前往越南民众，避开人潮聚集及示威游行地点，以维护自身安全。

据情资研判，明天越南河内市抗议示威群众可能集结于中国大陆驻越南大使馆前广场，游行至市区还剑湖附近。至于胡志明市抗议示威群众可能结集在第一郡市中心路段：统一宫、槟城市场、市政厅、中国大陆总领事馆周围，提醒避免前往上述地区。
