Deepest condolence to all MH370 passengers and aircrew members. FYI, we (Great Eastern) have 13 customers onboard MH370 with a total of 35 policies

Claim Procedure

Just for your info on clarification for our GEL(Great Eastern Life) Client who is on board of MH370:

1. GEL accepted the special announcement by PM Najib that no one survive in this plane. Special death claim procedure was activated.

2. GEL just need the Death Claim Form sign by claimant to get the cheque. The claim cheque is even ready at KL GEL Main Branch since 25 Mar 2014.

3. Death certificate, post mortem, confirmation from Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara, police report, Claimant's IC Copy, marriage certificate are all waived.
