Property prices in Sarawak are expected to increase by five to 10 percent from 2014.
Accoding to Datuk Joseph Ting King Sung, Vice-president of Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Development Association (SHEDA), the increase is attributed to normal factors such as property appreciation as well as higher construction, labour, material and land costs, and not on pure speculative activities.
UM Land wholly-owned unit Dynasty View has clinched the 'Most Liveable, Modern Residential Enclave' award for its Seri Austin Residence at the Malaysian Reserve Property Press Awards 2013.
The accolade is one of Malaysia's most meaningful property awards coming from Property Press, which has been tracking this year's major property events.
Notably, the award recognizes the firm's success in making Seri Austin Residences an icon in Johor Bahru.
Seri Austin Residence offers resort-like facilities and is also equipped with high speed broadband, Astro HD ready, swimming pool, glass gymnasium, gazebos, outdoor gymnasium as well as a scenic tropical garden and a jogging track.
SARAWAK 房地产明年估计升值10-15% !
还有恭喜SERI AUSTIN拿奖了,看来也是时候开始留意这个SEGMENT。
