急求员工合同格式

我正在准备一份员工合同，可是我必须加入EPF的条文，因为我们offer给这位员工多出3%的EPF（原本12%,我们offer 15%)，请问各位大大有类似的例子可以参考吗？

例子：

1.           EPF & SOCSO                : You  are required  by   Law to  contribute  to the  Employee’s         

Provident Fund (EPF) (employer portion15%) andSocial Security Organisation  (SOCSO).Deduction will be made from your pay in accordance to the statutory rates.

谢谢你，已经处理好了，我们用以下的clause：

The Company will make contribution to the Employee Provident Fund in accordance with statutory requirements. The Company shall contribute additional 3% to the Employees Provident Fund, subject to a total maximum employer’s contribution of 15%.
