生意续约求助

我在2010年买了一家Licensee的美容院，今年是第三年，必须续约，可是licensor要求把30%给他，又要求我们加5%的royalty ,现在已经每个月给 10+6%了。

我的问题是，既然如此，对方也没有钱买下我现在的店，我就打算卖了它，可是里头有一条clause,说着:

The licensee covenants during the term of this agreement and for a period of Two (2) years after the expiration or earlier termination for any reason of this agreement whether itself or together with any other person,firm,company in any capacity whatsoever save as authorized hereunder directly or indirectly;

    1. Not to engaged,or interested,or concerned in the sale of the products or any like products and/or services or in any business which is in the sole opinion of the licensor  
         similiar to or competitive or in conflict with the business.


这样子的话，别人也没法子买我的生意，我的装潢都是美容的，可是不可以转卖这类型生意，请问能怎么办?

不明白你要表达什么? 谁没有钱买下你的店？
还有你是指店铺还是那 "franchise business" ？
其实那clause简单来说是讲你不可以跟 licensor 抢生意。
