（槟城31日讯）营运规模经济降低每单位成本，徽型电子零件制造商捷铵科技（JHM，0127，创业板）截至3月杪首季，净利按年涨1.8倍，报780万8000令吉或每股6.31仙。

该公司昨日向交易所报备，营业额则按年攀升43%，写6534万2000令吉，归功于汽车领域对发光二极管（LED）汽车讯号灯的需求走高。

按季而言，税后盈利微扬5%，但因首季的行政开销和税务较高，赚幅有所减少。

捷铵科技在末季推出新产品，促使营业额按季升18%。

由于已部署未来计划，董事部有信心，接下来季度可取得令人满意表现。

捷铵科技发股收购MISB

（吉隆坡28日讯）捷铵科技（JHM，0127，创业板）今日建议数项企业活动，其中包括以4800万令吉收购测量仪器制造商Mace Instrumentation（MISB）私人有限公司。

捷铵科技向马交所报备，建议以发股1600万公司股票，并每股定价3令吉的方式，全面收购MISB。

公司指出，收购将有利加强核心业务，进而增强财务。

根据文告，MISB的主要业务为制造、组装和经销测量仪器等相关的产品。

建议股票1拆2

另一方面，为扩大股票规模和提升交易流通量，公司再建议将股票1拆为2，享有权则容后决议。

另外，为鼓励和奖赏员工，公司计划再设占缴足资本30%的雇员股权计划，供应给指定的董事和雇员。【e南洋】

捷铵联手MLS研发汽车大灯

（吉隆坡6日讯）捷铵科技（JHM，0127，创业板）与MLS汽车机构合作研发汽车大灯，及进一步扩展北美洲的市场份额。

捷铵科技向交易所报备，子公司Morrissey装配解决方案私人有限公司与MLS签署合作协议，联手成立专注于汽车大灯的研发小组。

同时，MLS会继续与Morrissey密切合作，通过后者的生产专才，进一步扩大两家公司在北美洲的市场份额。

Morrissey制造及安装汽车灯具、工业产品、消费者产品或任何电子产品的电子零件；MLS则设计、发展及制造发光二极管（LED）的电子模块管理系统。

JHM科技獲券商評估買進

（吉隆坡9日訊）JHM科技（JHM，0127，創業板科技）被興業證券研究納入評估清單，獲“買進”評級。

興業證券研究目標價為3.67令吉，比起昨日閉市的3令吉，有67仙或22.3%差距；該行“買進”評級一般都給予股價能夠在未來12個月內漲逾10%的股項。

“我們看見了JHM科技汽車部門的潛力，該公司希望在未來6到12個月內進一步擴大生產規模。”

作為電子製造服務（EMS）供應商，該公司製造和組裝車尾燈和車頭燈，目前跟許多一級自動LED燈供應商探索發展可能，或進入除了美國外的其他新市場，如日本和歐洲供應鍊。

該行預計汽車部門2017至2019財年營業額將成長14.8%至28.6%。該部門目前貢獻JHM科技70%至80%營業額。

攻机柜装配业务
捷铵科技冀贡献5%营收

（槟城24日讯）核心业务为生产车灯的捷铵科技（JHM，0127，创业板），放眼多元化业务至生产医疗设备、电子、通讯设备和电子测试仪器的机柜装配（Box Built），可贡献今年营收5%。

总执行长陈庆成和执行董事高耀华在股东特别大会上指出，股东今日批准收购位于位于居林的Mace Instrumentation私人有限公司（MISB），将会和机柜装配业务相辅相成，提高公司竞争力，并贡献营收表现。

捷铵科技早前建议以4800万令吉收购MISB，并建议以换股方式完成交易，发行1600万股，每股为3令吉。预计2月完成。

去年，该公司平均每月获得2000万令吉的车灯和其他工业产品订单，预期全年可取得双位数的营收增长。【e南洋】
