您好，我刚才联系了这家酒店，工作人员表示目前还没有开放预订，可能会在10月才能开放预订。一旦开放预订后，您就可以在Booking网站上看到房费的价格了。谢谢！Alex

你好，我在6月11号向booking.com预订： 东京羽田机场东横酒店1号, 入住时间:2014年11月27日星期四, Booking no : 438517093.
Terms& Condition 注明： Booking.com不收取任何预订、管理等其他费用。您将在入住东京羽田机场东横酒店1号时付款.
可是我在昨天收到信用卡的sms说，已经charged了US$88，是付给 东京羽田机场东横酒店1号的。
那我人住时，到底还需付钱吗？ 又，不是说人住时才付款吗？ |

您好，关于您的订单，酒店只是作了预授权冻结的动作，并不是真正的扣款。您是到达酒店后再付房费的。如您还有疑问，欢迎您与我联系。祝您旅途顺利，住宿愉快！Alex

昨天我订了澳门奥莱大三元酒店。
请问这间酒店是要直接付款的吗？
我还以为是先预订的。可是晚上时收到SMS说户口扣了账。
请帮忙确认下。

您好，我查看了您的预订，此订单的确是提前付款的，如果您已经被酒店扣费应该是正常的状态，您到店之后就不需要再支付了。感谢您的联系，祝您入住愉快！Marian

Booking.com你好
我之前用booking.com订了房间，是non refundable. Booking.com也寄了hotel confirmation给我。问题是我和那间酒店再确认房间的时候，却发现没有我的booking.他说拿不到我的信用卡的资料，不能过账。Non refundable的酒店房间是立即过账的。所以现在那个酒店叫我给我的信用卡号码。但是我担心这样给，我的信用卡会不会被盗用呢？还是我取消那个booking，在从新预定房间？
以下是Booking.com的回复。

你是说在manage booking,edit credit card details吗？
那就是说会把我的credit card资料存在Booking.com？

您好，不是把信用卡资料存在Booking.com， 是您可以从您的预订把信用卡直接发到酒店。我已经发了链接到您的e-mail 邮箱. 您点击开来进去填好信用资料发到酒店就可以了。请查看您的邮件。谢谢。Julia |

想问以上房间是否已保留 ？房租是近入酒店当天才付对吗 ？

我在booking.com预订了Kawaguchiko Country Cottage Ban，29 Apr - 1 May 2015，booking number 是792563997
1）我预订的时候，是网上是写no credit card need,那我要几时才可以付款给酒店，是网上付钱还是到酒店现场付？
2）酒店是不是confirm我的booking，保留房间给我，不需要再向酒店reconfirm的
