（吉隆坡9日讯）泡舒控股（PAOS，5022，主板消费产品股）建议，以2送1比例，送出6038万8000股红股，随后再以2送1比例，送出9058万2000张凭单。

同时，也建议将注册股本从2亿股，扩大至4亿股，注册资本也提升至2亿令吉。

董事部已将凭单的行使价，定在每张50仙，相等于红股除权后价格的29.63%折价。

根据文告，假设股东全面行使凭单，该公司料能从中筹得4529万令吉。如无意外，这项建议预计可在末季完成。【e南洋】

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PAOS, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following: proposed bonus issue of 60,388,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in PAOS (“PAOS Shares”) (“Bonus Shares”) on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing PAOS Shares held at an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares”); proposed issue of 90,582,000 free warrants (“Warrants”) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) PAOS Shares held after the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares (“Proposed Free Warrants Issue”); proposed increase in the authorised share capital of PAOS from RM100,000,000 comprising 200,000,000 PAOS Shares to RM200,000,000 comprising 400,000,000 PAOS Shares (“Proposed Increase in the Authorised Share Capital”); and proposed amendment to the Company’s Memorandum of Association to facilitate the Proposed Increase in the Authorised Share Capital (“Proposed Amendment”).
