稳住业务波动．合力拟进军种植建筑机械

（吉隆坡14日讯）90%业务以水务工程主导的合力（MERGE,5006,主板建筑组），正致力撷取能带来循环收入之业务，近年除涉建筑维修保养，也正尝试扩展至种植与建筑机械配备与政府车队业务，期望由此稳住业务波动。

合力执行董事兼首席执行员拿督阿都惹里尔说，水务相关业务近年面对来自中国及国内大公司的剧烈竞争、赚益减少，因此该公司正设法增加能带来稳定收入之业务。

他今日在股东大会后说，除了继续深耕政府建筑获取更多政府建筑维保工程，也计划进军种植与建筑机械配备进口，以满足这两大领域的殷切需求。

他表示，紧随马币兑美元走疲，很多公司若从美欧进口配备成本高昂，因而致力从中国进口上述领域的机械配备。

他指出，虽然建筑工程仍旧为核心业务，不过以赚益而言会比建筑的低于10%优异，平均20%，且是循环与稳定营收。

他说，建筑物维修保养业务将继续竞标更多布城乃至县级建筑物工程。

竞标8亿工程订单

他披露，目前正竞标8亿令吉工程订单，手握4000万令吉工程可忙碌3年。

他说，政府目前减少建筑、水务、油气与其他基建计划之预算，相信在竞标与出价上也会更为竞争。

合力截至2017年6月30日首季，基于很多东海岸经济特区（ECER）工程完成而贡献告一段落，营业额由2726万9000令吉下跌至609万9000令吉，合力也由盈转亏139万5000令吉。

该公司执行董事兼主管财务莱姿达指出，预料在更多工程贡献之后，第二季业务有望由弱转强。

阿都惹里尔说，考虑到已近年杪，很多水务等工程会于年杪结束前发放，相信在这3个月内会有更多工程释出。

该公司从2013年起参与汽车维修，带来些微循环收入。今年8月1日收购Arena Terbaik公司，后者涉维修保养服务和汽车部件与配备贸易。

他说，公司除设法为政府车队进行维保，亦探讨进口政府座车，包括日本与其他车。

与此同时，该公司也致力减少成本与营运开销，有效益的委派人员，工程完毕便遣走人员。

他说，双文丹约30英亩地段原探讨筹建人民房屋计划，与多方磋商未有具体进展。除探讨联营，若出价合理也考虑脱售。

（吉隆坡18日讯）合力（MERGE，5006，主板建筑股）委任吉兰丹王室成员东姑罗查娜为独立非执行主席，即日起生效。

该公司今日向交易所报备，现年47岁的罗查娜持有工商管理学士及人力资源研究生学位，拥有管理人力资源的丰富经验。

毕业后她加入贸易风机构有限公司，随后担任莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）旗下Boustead Curve私人有限公司人力资源主管。

此外，她也是数家私人有限公司的董事兼股东。

同时，合力也委任巴都鲁希山博士为独立非执行董事。

Introduction The Board of Directors of Merge Energy Bhd is pleased to announce that Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has received and accepted a Letter of Acceptance from Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (“PAAB”) in respect of the project “Cadangan Membina Loji Rawatan Air Pagoh, Johor; Pakej 1 – Membina dan Menyiapkan Loji Rawatan Air dan Paip Air” (“the Contract”). Salient Terms of the Contract The total contract sum is Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Five Million Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and sen Twenty only (RM105,549,215.20). The Contract is for a period of eighteen (18) months and the date for completion shall be on 25 August 2019.
