（吉隆坡15日讯）德建资源（Texchem Resources Bhd）以428万令吉，将独资子公司Acumen Scientific私人有限公司的51%股权，脱售予美国特拉华州的Mérieux Nutrisciences Corp。

本地寿司金（Sushi King）餐厅营运商德建资源今日向大马交易所报备，这项现金交易将让公司能够出售非核心营运子公司，并释放投资价值。

Acumen的主要业务是提供化学、微生物和环境相关的分析测试和监测服务。

该公司表示，已与Mérieux Nutrisciences签署一项购股协议和股东协议。

“售股活动已于2019年3月15日完成。完成后，德建资源持有Acumen发行及缴足资本49%，并成为本公司的联号公司。”

德建源指出，这将使公司在截至12月杪2019财政年确认约440万令吉，或每股3.65仙的净收益。

业务还包括海产加工和提供聚合物工程解决方案的德建资源说，脱售Acumen将改善本财年的每股净资产和负债率。
