关于之前Email给CCS关于新加坡的Money Changers在农历新年前几个星期操控新币<->马币汇率的下文，刚刚查看Email发现CCS的最新回复，内容如下：

各位大大，谁还保留着新年前几个星期，去过新加坡的Money Changers换钱时的Receipt/Invoice的，麻烦你们拍照/Scan下来，然后email给Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS)...

我很同意你的看法，钱币确实比较难管控，而且是看供需情况来定价的，supply and demand。
但是无论如何，我都想做一点事情来fight for our rights，至少曾经争取过、努力过，到最后可能失败，也可能不了了之，但总比什么都不做，袖手旁观还好吧？
因为我觉得如果我什么都不做更甭想改变现况。。。

我很认同你的看法，我跟你也一样想的...
我觉得他们是故意带我兜圈子，现在CCS好像不是要比较 网上实际汇率 和 钱庄实际汇率，而是要比较各个钱庄之间的汇率，如果所有钱庄的汇率一样（意思是如果全部钱币兑换商一起压低汇率的话），我觉得CCS会回复我说：当时的市场汇率是这样（2.41左右），所以他们没有操纵和压低汇率。
不过无论如何，还是Email CCS所有的receipt，看他们怎样回复才打算吧。
新年前我没有换过钱，所以自己没有receipt，手上目前有的一张receipt，也不是我的，是论坛的网友"sklim22" pm我，然后我Email给CCS的。
如果有其他论坛网友有receipt的话，请email给CCS，谢谢...

有关向CCS投诉的Email，CCS replies 我了，他们说需要同一天（01/02/2013或任何一天）、至少两间Money Changers当天的汇率作比对，请有在农历新年前3个星期（大约18/01/2013~09/02/2013）期间在新加坡换过钱的（新币换去马币）的朋友们PM我当天换钱时的receipt，我整理后，好Email给CCS...
或者各位朋友们自行Email给CCS也可以...

各位新年前有在新加坡的Money Changers用新币换过马币的网友们，还保留着收据的话，麻烦你们尽量拍下照片，然后Email给 Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS)，他们说会调查...
这种压低汇率，乘火打劫的情形年年都发生，总不能年年都静静不出声，让这些奸商得逞，总得要有人站出来投诉，raise their (CCS) concern on this issue。因此需要各位的帮忙，谢谢大家...

没有，农历新年前3星期内没有去换钱，因为汇率太低，而且身边的朋友都没有在农历新年前3星期内换钱...
不过这里有一些网友曾经在农历新年3星期内换过钱，有一些还 keep 着 receipt，只希望网友们可以踊跃 email 这些“证据”去给 CCS，不希望每年都发生同样的现象...
