I went to your SC earlier in the morning.
I told them my phone's situation and they have no idea with it.
so, it's okay.
they did help me to format my phone.
(the internal memory is used 2.5 GB after format)
half an hour later, the problem I mentioned is happened again.
FINE, I happily went back the SC and showed them.
Do you know what they told me?
they decided to plug out my external memory card.
and told me that "The memory card is plug out, if there is no problem then we believed that your problem is solved."
are they telling me my problem arise due to the external memory card?
that's your services towards a problem phone?
do you know, staying at KL is already stress enough.
this 2 weeks phone gave me a lot of problems.
Please....Please don't make me to feel regret towards NOKIA.
They told me: "if you're dissatisfy with it, you can send it to NOKIA center."
Please...sending to your is okay for me....I can even leave it for months(as long as problems won't arise again.)
But the LUMIA 820 is using mirco sim.
I have no extra phone for the micro sim!!!!!
