（吉隆坡10日訊）ENCORP公司（ENCORP,6076,主板產業組）宣佈聯邦土地發展局（Felda）旗下聯土投資機構（FIC）的全面收購獻議到期，截至週四（7月10日）閉市止成功累積72.29%股權。

獻購方發佈文告指出，由於累積股權低於75%，因而重申將維持ENCORP公司的上市地位。

聯土投資機構於5月初收購ENCORP公司49.45%的股權而崛起成大股東，並隨後以每股1令吉55仙全面獻購ENCORP公司餘下尚未持有股權。（ 星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡25日讯）Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）荣获HR Asia颁发的“2014年HR Asia亚洲最佳雇主”奖。

联办单位Business Media International（简称BMI）每年都会选出，在人力资源方面最值得标榜的亚洲公司，Encorp是今年30家得奖亚洲公司的其中一位。

BMI总营运长陈世合颁奖时指出，此奖项每年都能吸引来自各领域的公司参加，争取人力资源管理的认同。

（吉隆坡12日讯）Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）代总执行长莫哈末依布拉欣宣布辞职。

该公司向马交所报备，现年53虽的莫哈末依布拉欣因另有职涯规划决定离开Encorp。

他在2011年加入Encorp担任企业事务部董事，后在2010年时擢升为公司总营运长。

在联邦土地发展局（FELDA）的投资臂膀FIC收购Encorp的49.45%股权后，他在6月6日受委担任公司代总执行长，取代已离职的杨肃安。【南洋网财经】

Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）今年次季营业额，按季扬升28%，至1亿1910万令吉，但税前盈利滑落58%，至660万令吉。

次季盈利下滑，主要是首季纳入产业投资获利730万令吉。

相比去年首6个月，公司营业额因销量降低和产业进展放缓而下滑9%，至2亿1240万令吉。

上半年税前盈利报2210万令吉，较去年同期低15%。

因价值被低估，我们去年8月给Encorp“短线买入”评级。该股较后就有亮眼表现，跑赢富时隆综指和富时全股项指数。

另外，Encorp近期出现系列企业发展和股权变动。

今年5月，FELDA投资臂膀FIC以2亿3972万令吉，向Lavista及PegangImpian控股，收购Encorp股权、凭单和债券，并提出强制全面献购。

FIC入股发展产业

根据最新文告，FIC如今持有Encorp的72.27%股权。

大股东变动后，Encorp放眼未来10至15年，成为国内10大产业发展商和建筑公司。

公司目前手上有5个发展计划，发展总值为34亿令吉，料发展至2017年。公司的未发展土地有22.34公顷。

据悉，FIC入股Encorp的主旨，是要让FIC可在产业发展领域大展拳脚，也可释放旗下土地价值。

目标价RM1.55

截至8月20日，公司的公众分散持股为12.84%，低于条例所要求的25%。

公司获准延后至明年1月履行。

据悉，Encorp接下来或私下配售新股，或大股东脱售股票。

其实Encorp股价表现不错，近期公布业绩逊色，以及接下来私配可能稀释盈利，但我们相信现在是套利的好时机。

我们给Encorp的目标价为1.55令吉。

（吉隆坡13日訊）ENCORP產業（ENCORP，6076，主要板房產）入稟法庭向Lembah Penchala私人有限公司追討6867萬令吉的不當終止合約賠償。

該公司向馬證交所報備，子公司ENCORP建築已向Lembah Penchala發出訴訟通知書，針對不當終止合約追討6867萬令吉，並要求退還914萬令吉履約保證金及銀行收費、融資費用、成本等。

文告指出，是項訴訟不會影響公司的財務狀況。

該建築工程主要是為Lembah Penchala私人有限公司興建及完成4座13層樓高的服務式公寓，及其他設施如3層停車場、健身室、咖啡廳、迷你超市等，是項總值1億8085萬令吉的合約，建築期限為22個月，原訂今年10月動工。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡13日讯）联邦土地发展局（FELDA）主席丹斯里莫哈末依沙表示，该局或将从联邦土地发展局或土展创投（FGV，5222，主板种植股）中，挑选适合的人选，担任Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）的掌舵人。

他在接受《商业时报》询问时说，总执行长人选最快会在明年1月出炉，相信在新掌舵人上任后将可带领Encorp业务更上一层楼。

手持发展总值35亿

“新人选也可能来自房地产发展领域，许多人争相申请这个职位，董事部仔细考虑每个人选，确保作出对的选择。”

他说，公司将通过数个程序甄选新总执行长，这些程序也将涉及股东与监管单位。

“Encorp照常营运，我们目前正在重组与重新部署策略。”

该公司目前拥有发展总值达35亿令吉的发展计划，其中包括哥打白沙罗的EncorpStrand、莎阿南的Encorp Cahaya、槟城的Enclave Hillside别墅，以及澳洲的McCallumLane等。

莫哈末依沙也是Encorp主席，联邦土地发展局（FELDA）的投资臂膀联邦土地发展局投资机构（简称FIC）在5月间，收购Encorp的49.45%股权，取得该公司掌控权。

（吉隆坡7日訊）ENCORP產業（ENCORP，6076，主要板房產）向馬證交所澄清，公司與大股東聯邦土地發展局（FELDA）探討聯營發展房產一事，僅處于初步討論階段，並未開始討論條款與協議。

ENCORP產業今日針對《星報》上週六一篇報導，向馬證交所報備澄清；根據該報導，ENCORP產業有信心與聯邦土地發展局合作，開發后者位于雪蘭莪、馬六甲和柔佛的主要儲備地段。

但該公司今日強調，上述潛在發展計劃僅在初步探索階段，迄今還沒有達到正式協議。

ENCORP產業指出，公司為遵守馬證交所主要板上市條例作出這項宣布，未來如有相關事件發展動向，將作出具體宣布。

ENCORP產業今日股價走高，閉市收在全日最高點1.39令吉，起3仙，成交量錄得3萬8600股。
