Encorp 次季转亏为盈

（吉隆坡17日讯）受益于更高的产业销售与建筑工程进展良好，激励Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）在截至今年6月杪次季转亏为盈，净赚1154万令吉，上财年同期则净亏351万9000令吉。
现财年同季营业额则按年狂飙91.2%，至1亿6160万8000令吉，上财年同期为8453万6000令吉。
同时，次季每股盈利为5.29仙。
累积首半年，该公司净赚641万7000令吉，上财年同期则净亏503万6000令吉；营业额则按年涨63.1%，至2亿3372万5000令吉，上财年同期报1亿4332万2000令吉。

（吉隆坡26日訊）ENCORP產業（ENCORP，3468，主要板房產）宣佈，子公司獲得一項八打靈的建築合約，總值1億8085萬令吉。
馬證交所報備文件指出，獨資子公司ENCORP建築基建公司今日接獲Archicentre私人有限公司的頒發書。
該建築工程主要是為Lembah Penchala私人有限公司興建及完成4座13層樓高的服務式公寓，及其他設施如3層停車場、健身室、咖啡廳、迷你超市等。
是項總值1億8085萬令吉的合約，建築期限為22個月，今年10月動工。

ENCORP產業向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Encorp建築私人有限公司，獲Excel工程與建築私人有限公司，頒發價值6310萬3222令吉分包合約。
通過上述分包合約，ENCORP產業將建設和完成瓜拉登嘉樓市議會行政大樓與設施的結構工程。
根據報備文件，是項分包合約為期36個月，截至2016年9月18日。

Encorp不卖Strand商场

（吉隆坡17日讯）Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）驳斥以4亿令吉脱售Encorp Strand商场的传言。
《星报》报道引述Encorp总执行长杨肃安，指市场传言非事实，公司其实正准备今年4月为商场开幕。
“Encorp Strand商场估计可强化公司2014财年的业绩。”
商场是总值14亿令吉Encorp Strand发展计划一部分，其中还有265间商务套房、500英尺有盖绿化带、14栋办公楼和278间服务式住宅。
他指出，Encorp Strand商场为Encorp旗下首个购物中心，反映出公司稳定纪录，在产业发展和建筑领域中逐步增长。
去年7月，杨肃安和总营运长莫哈末依布拉欣，收购前执行主席莫哈末艾芬迪所持的Lavista私人有限公司，如今持有Encorp的30.55%股权。【南洋网财经】

传土展投资入股Encorp

（吉隆坡15日讯）消息传出，联邦土地发展局（FELDA）旗下的土展投资机构（FIC）有意入股Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）。
《星报》引述消息人士谈话报道，新设立的土展投资机构计划在中型建筑与房产发展股———Encorp，购入显著股权。
在去年7月，Encorp股权结构出现大幅变动，该公司前任执行主席兼大股东拿督斯里莫哈末艾芬迪，通过其私人公司Lavista，将所持的Encorp共30.5%股权，脱售予Encorp集团总执行长杨肃安及总营运长莫哈末依布拉欣。
“土展投资机构入股Encorp并不让人意外，因后者发展项目极具信誉，但目前不清楚的是，土展投资机构计划向那一方购入股权。”
持挂牌股值80亿
Encorp业务版图扩及大马及澳洲，发展项目包括哥打白沙罗的Encorp Strand、莎阿南的Cahaya Alam、峇都丁宜（Batu Feringgi）的Enclave Hillside别墅，及努沙再也的公主湾滨海计划，于澳洲的项目则有柏斯的McCallum Lane。
于去年7月成立的土展投资机构，将是联土局四大收入来源之一，联土局旗下的资产，包括22英亩位于隆市的黄金地段，及酒店，将交由土展投资机构负责，借此为联土局创造更大价值。

楊肅安入主后大展拳脚 Encorp净利激增2倍

（吉隆坡24日讯）人们在面对具有良好挑战性的环境下往往会有所成就，在大马取得这个壮举的人士有很多，Encorp有限公司（ENCORP，6076，产业组）首席执行员楊肅安便是其中一名杰出者。
杨氏在企业界负有名气，他将长城塑胶控股有限公司（GWPLAST，5182，工业产品组）业绩由亏转盈，后者并于2013年较后将其核心包装业务，以2亿8320万令吉售给其竞争对手森德工业有限公司（SCIENTX，4731，工业产品组）。
在股东们所提出的整个企业活动中，杨氏在过程中刻下了本身的名字。
杨氏是一名职业会计师，他曾在英国与大马各会计师事务所任职超过12年，过后他才加入企业界大展拳脚。
他于2011年10月加入Encorp有限公司，成为该公司的集团首席执行员与非独立执行董事。
去年7月，杨氏与Encorp首席营运官穆罕默德易卜拉欣通过一项管理层收购（MBO）行动，以收购Encorp前主席拿督斯里艾芬迪拥有30.55%股权的私人特别用途公司Lavista Encorp。
自该公司于1997年成立以来，该现有的管理层便一直存在，收购Encorp管理层将允许艾芬迪追求个人利益。

该集团也已在上述期间提高其建筑订单9亿令吉，将维持公司未来3至4年的操作。
它在一项声明中称：“未来，虽然面对政府的降温措施，公司预料仍可在2014财政年维持其成长趋势。”
“我们努力为发展提供素质价值和创新概念，加上强劲计划管理和团队的贡献，将可成为维持我们盈利的催化剂。”
他补充：“集团展望仍然被看好，尤其是首次涉足发展和管理购物中心。”
由于锁定销售可带来7亿2750万令吉的进度账单，包括努沙再也的Encorp Marina Puteri海港工程，以及莎亚南Encorp Cahaya Alam计划，以及哥打白沙罗Encorp Strand公寓，预计Encorp今年会有继续增长的趋势。
当去年7月该公司的股权出现变动后，市场传言联邦土地发展局的商业臂膀-----联邦投资发展机构（FIC）有意收购ENCORP公司20%股权，使到该公司再度成为市场注目的焦点。
杨氏曾在较早时否认，公司将在哥打白沙罗的唯一购物中心资产Encorp Strand广场脱售，一名对该广场有兴趣的人士献议以4亿令吉价格收购该广场。
他说，公司将会为未来的经常性收入而保住该购物中心。
他称：“预计该购物广场将使到公司在2014财政年结束时将会有出色表现。”
