看不到我的行李箱?怎么办?

刚刚从韩国回KLIA,看不到我的行李箱?去REPORT了,现在还该怎么办?

刚刚AIRPORT那边打电话给我了,还是没找到,还要等多几天。。。到底要怎样如果还是找不到?我是跟COMPANY TRIP的,谁该负责?怎么偏偏是我?真是衰到。。。

有买保险吗?收好report,准备claim 保险。

我公司负责人说只是普通意外保险,一点都没在我立场想过,还说什么“不是想可以拿回行李在想保险?”这是什么嘛!!真伤心   一定找不回吗?怎样CLAIM 保险?

不一定的,可能你的行李正在环游 世界。。。。。。希望几天后你有收到好消息。

关于保险那边,你是自己用信用卡买机票的吗?还是公司安排?有另外买旅游保险吗?

只要有机场报案记录,是可以claim的。

机票是我老板娘用她的信用卡买的,她说只是普通的?我都不清不楚。。。

不用客气,心情好了,很好啊
如果等了很久,还是没有收到的话,就问问她是用哪家银行的信用卡买机票的,一般上信用卡买机票都有旅游保险保障的比如在班机延迟,行李延迟或者遗失等等。你也可以检查你的旅游保险的保障范围,看看有没有得claim.

我拿hlb的例子给你参考,从资料显示是给卡主及他的家人。

  • LUGGAGE LOSS
    If the Insured Person's checked-in baggage is lost or not delivered to the Insured Person within forty-eight (48) hours of his arrival at the scheduled destination of the Insured Person's flight, such baggage will be considered as permanently lost and the Company will indemnify the Insured Person for all expenses incurred in respect of emergency purchase of essential items or clothings which are necessarily charged to the Insured Person's Hong Leong Bank card type Platinum/ Gold/ Classic of card brand American Express/ MasterCard/ Visa Account up to the Individual limit as specified in the Table of Benefits provided such expenses are incurred within four (4) days of the Insured Person's arrival at the scheduled destination.
    If the Insured Person is travelling with his/her Family Member and their full travel fares have been charged to Cardmember's Hong Leong Bank card type Platinum/ Gold/ Classic of card brand American Express/ MasterCard/ Visa Account, the Company will indemnify all such charges for the Insured Person and Family Member. Provided always that no two or more Insured Person who are part of the same family shall be entitled to claim for more than the Individual limit as per the Table of Benefits.
  • LUGGAGE DELAY
    If the Insured Person's checked-in baggage is not delivered to him within six (6) hours of the Insured Person's arrival at the designated airport, such baggage will be considered as delayed in receipt and the Company will indemnify the Insured Person for all expenses incurred for the emergency purchase of essential items or clothings which are necessarily charged to the Insured Person's Hong Leong Bank card type Platinum/ Gold/ Classic of card brand American Express/ MasterCard/ Visa Account up to the Individual limit as specified in the Table of Benefits provided such expenses are incurred within twenty-four (24) hours of the Insured Person's arrival at such designated airport.
    If the Insured Person is travelling with his/her Family Member and their full travel fares have been charged to Cardmember's Hong Leong Bank card type Platinum/ Gold/ Classic of card brand American Express/ MasterCard/ Visa Account, the Company will indemnify all such charges for the Insured Person and Family Member. Provided always that no two or more Insured Person who are part of the same family shall be entitled to claim for more than the Individual limit as per the Table of Benefits. Provided also that if the loss shall result in the indemnity under this benefit and that of the indemnity under the Luggage Loss benefit, only one, the larger amount of such benefit will be payable.


In addition to the benefits provided under Section 1, the Insured Person will be covered for the Air Travel Inconvenience Insurance for the following benefit events as specified below:

旅游保险公司的claim process,这个是chartis的(前身AIG)

  • In the event of loss, written notice of claim should be given to us within 30 days from the date of the incident, by completing and submitting the Travel Claims Notification Form, together with all the required supporting documents.  
      
  • Keep these to file a claim:
    (a) Boarding pass and e-ticket for all claims
    (b) Original medical receipts and doctor's diagnosis if medical related
    (c) Letter from airline confirming the duration of flight change and reason of change
    (d) Property irregularity report if your baggage is delayed/damaged
    (e) Original receipts additional accommodation, transportation, communication expenses, replacement cost for lost of travel documents
    (f) Police report (lodged within 24 hours) on loss related incident.

1. Passenger should NOTIFY Korean Air's ground staff
2. Passenger should present their baggage check tags and complete and submit the provided form, specifying the baggage contents, inclusion or non-inclusion of valuable items, bag types and distinctions, contact information.
3. Passengers can inquire about tracking of delayed or lost baggage via telephone or At The Airport > Baggage Services > Baggage tracing or Lost & Foundmenu.

- Note1.
  If damage to baggage is discovered after completing a number of flights, passengers should notify the airline of the last flight taken.
   
- Note 2.  
  Passengers should notify the airline of lost baggage or lost items from baggage within 21 days of the corresponding flight. Damage to items should be notified within 7 days of the corresponding flight.
   
- Note 3.
  If a passenger with lost or delayed baggage has no supporting relations at the point of destination, Korean Air offers a one-time payment of up to US$50 to assist in the purchase of daily necessities.
