AIR ASIA 能 login 不过不能 manage my booking / edit profile!!

各位大大，
不懂你们有没有遇到以下问题：
我之前买了 air asia 机票，但还没有买 check-in luggage + meal + insurance, 最近就想 login 去补买这些。
但我 login airasia 之后，按 "Manage My Booking" 他就会出以下 error message:
ERROR
Case Number: 09LP93N48B
[1004:AgentAuthentication] The password you entered is incorrect for the user/agent ID. Make sure caps are not locked on your computer keyboard and try again.
但我按 homepage button 他还会 show "Welcome XXX XXX". 而且我也不能 edit 我的 personal profile details. website 就会说 temporary cannot edit, please try later. 我已经试过很多次了， 曾经怀疑是否 type 错 password, 但 retrieve 的 password 又没有错啊。
send email 去 airasia helpdesk, 整个礼拜都没回应。 怎么办？？ |

有时是 IE ／ FIREFOX 之间 的问题。
就像我的案件。
我用 IE ， UPDATE 不到 BIG ID ， 要用FIREFOX 才可以。 |

我试过用 IE 和 google Chrome 开，也是一样。 去 download Firefox 试看。。 |

惨了， 连 mozilla firefox 也是如此， 有谁遇过这样的问题吗？ |

我用Google chrome ， 每次爽爽就按manage profile， 就算没更改什么，AA 都会send一封confirm Email给我～～～ |

问题解决了， ‘send 了三封 online feedback form 给他们，每封feedback 用一个星期回复(五个工作天)。前前后后用了一个月。 没法子，hotline 每分钟rm1.95我打不起! |

急！！我也面对这样的问题，log in 没问题，有看到 "welcome XXX"
但是进去 manage my booking, 叫我log in 多一次后就出现
"ERROR
Case Number: QBCQX9RA98
[1004:AgentAuthentication] The password you entered is incorrect for the user/agent ID. Make sure caps are not locked on your computer keyboard and try again."
我确定password & username 没有错，也没有开到caps lock。还尝试change username 和 resend password 都不能！
尝试用live chart 但是那边写 opps, we are not available, 明明就在working hour 啊！
已经sent 了online feedback 但要等5个工作天已经来不及了，我明天就飞了！！
怎么办？哪位好心人可以帮帮我？？ |

我前几天面对checkin问题。
用Mozilla Firefox 就可以了。 |

我从早上11点，12点，到1点都不断尝试，不是写
“Opps, we are currently not available, please contact us again from 8am-8pm" 就是
“One of our representatives will be with you shortly. You are number 70 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 108 minute(s). Thank you for your patience.”
然后等等等就变回上面的...
也上去airasia 的FB 留言， e-form 也填了，通通没有回复，还有什么办法啊？？
