Hi, there is no minimum investment requirement in this Long Term Business Visa category, so long as your investment amount meets the financial requirement of your intended business.

创业移民没有最低投资的要求，只要符合你的生意资金所需就可以了。

Regarding the LTBV, will i be granted the same rights as a PR holder? as in do i get the same medical benefits etc?

Yes, when you get your LTBV you will be entitled to government funded medical care which is similar to what a PR or citizen is entitled to. Your children will be able to go to primary & secondary school free (like domestic students).

There is no academic requirement for Long Term Business Visa, you need to have related business experience in the proposed business.

If you want to migrate under skilled migrant category, you need to have relevant qualification.

Sure. I can also help you with the skilled migrant category application.
But you need to have a recognised qualification and depending on the field you are in. You may need to get a job offer first.
You may be able to get a temporary visa to look for job in NZ.

只要你有一般的英文和英语能力就可。通常你创业的项目需与你的目前或曾经相关的经验要有连系。
只要你达到以上的条件，你是可以申请到3年的长期签证。3年后可申请PR。附带条件。
有了3年签证，全家可以移民。小孩可以免费上中小学。

How to start a business in NZ and what are the visa requirements?
New Zealand is a small country with 4.5 million population. 1.5 million people lives in Auckland.
If you want to start a business in NZ you need a long term business visa.

The requirements for getting LTBV are:
1. the business you want to start or run must be related to your existing business experience (some exceptions apply)
2. there is no minimum capital requirement, but it must commensurate with the business capital requirement
3. you can buy into the shareholding of existing business (not less than 25%)
4. there is no age limit
5. you must be proficient in English (IELTS 4 and above) - equivalent to Form 3 and above
6. you need to have a business plan
If you meet all the above you are likely to be granted 3 years LTBV

With the 3 years LTBV, your family (spouse and dependents) can migrate to NZ.
Your children can atttend primary and secondary school free (domestic fees apply)

hi, maybe i know if now i'm running own retail business(kiosk in shopping mall), internet business and some wholesale business, all related to my own brands of sport bag. Is it possible to start business in NZ?MY business in malaysia almost 2 years. pls advise.
