关于TS16949 Control Plan

小弟的公司要开始接汽车业的订单，有些问题想请教大家！

小弟公司是做冲压的（stamping），但没做设计产品。

1）是不是所有Visual Inspection（如：检验毛刺，表面）都要百分之百检验？
2）由于现在订单每个月只有100pcs,到2014才有大订单。Pre-launch Control plan 里的Critical dimension的sample size and freq. 写‘3个检验一个’为了满足Ppk需要30pcs. 那么Production Control Plan 里的sample size and freq.是否需和Pre-launch control plan一致？

3）Control Chart (X-bar & R chart) -如果在Production control plan 的sample size and freq是20分钟检验1个：
-Stamping生产一小时可生产400pcs, 可是订单有100pcs而已。也就是说每一批只检验2~3pcs.那么X-bar & R chart每一批只有两个data??

4）Control Chart (X-bar & R chart) 每一批都不需要30个data??
