如果不还saman的钱，会受到什么惩罚吗？

我心中超不甘愿的！明明犯了同一个规矩，为什么她可以还百五，而我则要还三百？！！！
就算我在那里怎么求，说我没钱了，柜台的马来婆还是说要跟规矩，我应该还三百！
我朋友也是在那里还的叻！
柜台的人问，我的朋友是还给哪一个负责人，他X的！哪懂啦！难道那警察会收了然后报上名来吗？神经病的！
分明就是要我给三百，然后自己吃掉！他们都说saman 还没key in进电脑的，为什么不可以扣一半？！！！:@:@:@

至于你300其他人150这个暂且不说，你如果继续不还罚单，结果很简单：
1）到时候你更新不到road tax和lesen而已。
2）当警方决定又再来个大型的追讨saman的operasi时，半夜就会有警察上门拿法庭的逮捕令把你请去lokap蹲一晚，然后隔天上庭，到时候你自己可以在法庭和推事说你到底要不要还saman咯。

(Everybody is innocent until proven guilty,  JPJ skip the process of law to prove whether or not the motorist is guilty and compelling the motorist to admit his charge is unconstitutional and unlawful)
