想请问。。。有还是没有？

如果我二月丢信，official last day 是五月，请问我还有得拿contractual bonus吗？公司的fiscal year closing date是在四月尾。。。谢谢！

你的 letter employment 该有提到 contractual bonus 的算法当你辞职。
如没提到，那就 totally up to the HR/老板

里边是这样写着：
A contractual bonus factor of 1 month. For the first year of employment this bonus factor will be prorated to the effective number of months the employee worked in that year. The employee must be employed by the employer on the payment date and confirmed to his/her position to be eligible for the bonus. The employer in its sole discretion to modify the bonus program upon periodic review.

我想是凶多吉少了...

说真的。。。就算到时候宣布有花红，如果你在还没有宣布有没有花红之前就丢信，，那么你就得预了你的花红是泡汤料的咯！！！

HR是肯定不会告诉你有还是没有的，说有了，到时候老板不给你，那么你就有机会去反HR了呗。。。
