10多年前，WATTA的股价是RM9.32。

Lee Foo San, a Malaysian, aged 46, is the Group Executive Chairman of Watta Holding Berhad. He was appointed to the
Board as an Executive Director on 21 May 1998 and was subsequently appointed as the Group Chairman on 16 October
1998. He is the Chairman of the Option Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Assessment/Management
Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Lee Foo San is a self-made entrepreneur who has ventured into the business world since 1989. In 1996, he ventured into
the automotive battery business. Over the years, he has involved in the telecommunication and travel business and has
gained vast experience in the said fields.

Lee Foo San also sits on the Boards of all the Company's subsidiary companies and several other private limited
companies. He does not have any other directorship in other public companies.

Lee Foo San is the spouse of Madam Teoh Lian Tin who is an Executive Director of the Company. He is also a director
and substantial shareholder of Zitron Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd ("Zitron"), Hello Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd ("Hello Marketing")
and Z'tronic Holidays Sdn Bhd ("Z'tronic"). The Company has recurrent related party transactions with Zitron, Hello
Marketing and Z'tronic which are involved in sales of cellular telephones and related cellular telephone accessories.

我觉得WATTA撑不下去了！蓄电池的市场太激烈了！！WATTA的品质也不是很好。

这家公司的股票交易很低。。那时有调到那样低很正常。。因为没有买家。。

    公司的前景不是很好是对。。但还不是太差的公司。。要看公司管理层。。

可是产品本身的品质不好，我认为多10年，股价还是那个水平，因为已经14年都是0.30-0.80的价位了。没有再高了。

Contents:- 1.         INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Watta Holding Berhad (“Watta”), wishes to announce, pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, that the Group has carried out revaluation for its five (5) properties ("Properties") as detailed below. 2.         PURPOSE OF REVALUATION The revaluation was carried out by independent professional valuers, KGV International Property Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd to ascertain the fair value of the Properties for accounting purposes in line with Financial Reporting Standard (“FRS”) 116 on Property, Plant and Equipment and FRS 140 on Investment Properties.
