买错机票

我买错了来回的机票.已经打给 airasia 告诉他们我的情况.
想请问大家有没有听过 credit shell 这个东西？
就是airasia 告诉我他会把这个错的amount transfer 去credit shell 的东西，让后我可以用credit shell里面的钱来买其他新机票.
但是前提是我需要重新买新而且对的机票来使旧的错机票amount transfer 去 credit shell 这个东西

我刚刚弄了新机票.也打给他们inform了.
但是不懂怎样check credit shell.airasia网站好像没有这个option.
请问有哪个大大懂呢?

另外我想问我还没有checkin 旧机票,所以我可以refund airport tax对吗？
请问怎样refund呢?
