Water Tank 的 Shape Design

为什么Water tank通常都用 vertical cylinder shape？
谁可以做点详细的解释吗？
例如， pressure? leaking? strength? sustainability? convenient?

认同。但你的原帖的问题是通常都设计成vertical cylinder shape，但实际情形是，没有通常都设计成vertical cylinder shape，所以你的主张就不成立了。 |

主要是看存水的容量，摆放空间，以及维修的问题。 |

1) sharp edges tend to form cracks。（load concentration）
2) for the same strength, cylindrical shape cost lower as it consume less material |
