我是从小新过去的。Jurong East CW 到 Gelang Patah Terminal. 然后搭Taxi去Sales Office. 告诉Taxi 佬你要去看家。 他们就懂的。

住高压电缆附近，中cancer的几率会提高很多，可是不是马上，最少10年。
就好像抽烟会大大提高中cancer的几率，可是不是马上中，所以还是很多人吸烟。

明天会有展销会，在nusa bayu 隔壁的示范屋，有兴趣的可以过去看看，semi-D真的很大一下，可惜在电缆附近。

没什么特别了

屋款太久 / 靠近电缆 / 马来区 / 远 / 二手价低

之前看到那里的屋子都用 sand bricks + timber roof truss 的
可能是 mid-cost 的关系
现在是 double storey terrace 和 cluster... 不知道咯
