PV then MU then VM,
pls note that Villawangsamas got obviously big crack on the building...pls thk abt resell value- rental still ok.
MU is freehold...space to improve more limited....
PV is leasehold but near to coming Parksonm porposed Teso and Giant and etc.... |

lolzzz..... when u meantion MU/PV/ villawangsamas
meaning ppl assume that like this that Melati Utama PV, Lakeview PV and Vaillawangsamas...
if not then you can put title MU=PV....
Lakeview PV all are leasehold under Danau Kota.
MU melati PV is freehold... |
