两个"The"

大家都知道"The"有两个发音，一个是类似“de"，另一个是 "di" , 我想请教什么时候用这个，什么时候有那个？

/ðiː/ + 元音（vowel）开头的字：apple, elephant, island, orange, umbrella, hour, honest

/ðə/ + 辅音（consonant）开头的字：book, chair, dog, table, man, horse, house, uniform, university, European

还有很多例外，例如 the one /ðiː wʌn/
如果你想确定的话，应该看那个字的发音，而不是拼写，
例如 university 之所以读成
/ðə ˌjuː.nɪˈvɜː.sɪ.ti/ 因为 j 是辅音（consonant）
而 the hour 之所以读成 /ðiː aʊə(r)/ 是因为 h 不发音，所以第一个音是 aʊ ，元音（vowel）

a，an 的用法和 the 的 读法完全一致
使用 a 的名词，之前的 the 就读成 /ðə/，如 a car : the/ðə/ car; a pen : the /ðə/ pen; a one : the /ðə/ one
使用 an 的名词，之前的 the 就读成 /ðiː/，如 an orange : the/ðiː/ orange; an hour : the/ðiː/ hour; an elephant : the/ðiː/ elephant
