客凱易提升海外貢獻至50％

（吉隆坡26日訊）客凱易（CUSCAPI,0051,創業板科技組）看好今年海外業務貢獻將提昇至與本地業務相同的比重。
公司首席財務員劉國祥在股東大會後表示，目前正把業務版圖擴大至其它國家，以東南亞及中國市場為主。
鑒於龐大人口及強大消費能力帶動，他相當看好中國業務成長潛能，估計今年盈利貢獻將走高至25%，促使海外市場貢獻與大馬市場各佔50%比重。
目前，國內業務貢獻佔60%，海外市場佔40%，其中東南亞佔25%，中國佔15%。
他指出，公司自3年前進軍中國，皆錄得50至100%的成長率，展現強韌實力。
“儘管經濟環境不理想，但其國內生產總值（GDP）依然高於其它國家，相信在中國政府鼓勵人民消費推動內需的刺激之下，餐飲業將間接從中受益，有助公司業務成長。”
他認為，中國經濟放緩不會影響餐飲業，因為還有許多未開發市場，加上該國餐飲集團規模龐大，具潛能商機，不排除通過併購當地公司，提昇中國市場份額。
至於收購預算，他表示將從發附加股所籌得款項撥出2千萬令吉，作為收購或設立新公司的費用。
他預計，未來2年內將在中國、印度及中東開設2至3家辦事處，今年資本開銷為500萬令吉，主要用於研發經費，其它用途包括開設新辦事處及添購器材。
至於何時將轉主板，他透露已在今年2月提呈申請，目前與證券監督委員會跟進，預計2至3個月內有結果。

客凯易准转主板交易

（吉隆坡22日讯）客凯易（CUSCAPI，0051，创业板）获证券监督委员批准，转至马交所主板交易，预计将在8月份完成。
公司总执行长余曹祥表示，公司在过去5年都取得稳定增长，包括在2012年录得5900万令吉的营业额；并有信心在2013年继续取得正面增长。
“中国是我们最大海外市场，在2013财年首季贡献公司50%营业额，我们会在上海和广州增设2间客户联络中心。”
公司通过最近的2950万令吉附加股计划，为上述计划融资。
另一方面，客凯易也计划把业务扩展至印度，目前，在印度有87家商店使用公司的转录视点销售系统（Transight Point of Sales System）。[南洋网财经]

速甲筆次季業績欠佳

（吉隆坡3日訊）多項位于大馬的重大項目延遲推出，拖累創業板公司速甲筆（CUSCAPI，0051，創業板貿易股）次季業績表現，淨利下滑88%至37萬令吉。
速甲筆向馬證交所報備，雖然大馬業務表現欠佳，但中國業務改善有助減緩這次的跌勢；營業額僅跌26%至1438萬令吉。
速甲筆總執行長余曹祥透過文告指出，中國仍是推動公司增長最大的動力，將繼續擴大海外投資，尤其是中國。
文告指出，在國際業務的帶動下，和新產品的推出，董事局看好公司后半年業績能改善。
速甲筆將于4日（週三）從創業板晉升主要板。[中国报财经]

客凯易总营运长换人

（吉隆坡25日讯）客凯易（CUSCAPI，0051，创业板）今日发文告宣布委任黄友晋（译音）为公司总营运长，顶替刚宣布卸任的张伟明（译音）。
现年41岁的黄友晋毕业于澳洲南昆士兰大学；在2012年加入公司，并担任东南亚区运输和支援领导人，主要负责集团的专业服务业务，包括咨询和外包业务。
客凯易昨天向大马交易所报备，张伟明是为了私人业务才辞职。
另外，来自卢森堡的Halley Sicav-Halley Asian Prosperity基金，继续增持客凯易股权。
根据公司在大马交易所的文告显示，基金在8月28日至9月10日间，共收购了客凯易500万股。
因此，基金的持股率也增加至7.88%或3409万5995股。[南洋网财经]

由于中国经济在经历调整之后，目前又再蓄势待发，因此，一旦中国经济再掀起另一波的腾飞，这个发展势头将让中国国内的企业受惠，而在中国拥有业务的公司，如亚洲著名餐饮业管理服务提供者———客凯易（CUSCAPI，0051，创业板）也将受惠。
客凯易的业务是软件开发、销售点服务、商业管理解决方案、系统融合服务、传呼中心传递以及外包合约服务中心。其他收入来自金融机构和汽车业的网络解决方案。
客凯易于2004年7月上市创业板，目前它已转至主板交易。该公司在餐饮业、零售业、酒店业、电讯业、金融服务以及汽车业，已建立了声誉。餐饮是主要收入来源，占营收的约90%。
在5月13日，该公司完成2配1股，每股售价24仙的附加股计划、2送1红股以及2配1凭单，缴足资本也由2亿4600万令吉，增加至4亿3100股。

如果它进行更多并购，那么，它的盈利增长率可能会令人感到惊艳。它的股价对账面价值，也是同侪当中最低的。
本益比方面，它是于2014财年13倍水平交易，较MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）的20.5倍和就业坊（JOBST，0058，主板贸服股）的18.5倍还低。

（吉隆坡10日訊）客凱易（CUSCAPI，0051，主板科技組）新點餐產品以獲取國內外用戶為目標，市場商機龐大，獲分析員看好。
上個月該公司在西餐廳推出操作簡單的新點餐產品REV，接下來目標客戶瞄準巴生河流域大型餐飲業者。
另外，客凱易也將在本月內與區域客戶（新加坡及中國）進行試用活動，其中中國市場商機前景龐大，因該國的幾家中型餐飲業者，在中國也至少擁有300至500間分店。
根據該公司調查顯示，75%的受訪者認為REV操作簡單，他們大部份為年輕人，另外有25%的受訪者依然鍾情於傳統點餐服務。
聯昌研究保守估計，REV2014年平均簽購率為3千個用戶，並在2015年達到1萬用戶。
“若中國主要餐飲客戶簽購，2014年則可輕易獲取9千至1萬個REV用戶，超越一年預測。”
有鑑於此，該行維持客凱易“超越大市”評級，調高目標價至70仙，前為54仙。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：郭曉芳）

加速推出REV平板電腦 速甲筆獲1300萬融資

（吉隆坡29日訊）速甲筆（CUSCAPI，0051，創業板貿易股）為了加速在亞洲推出REV平板電腦，簽署總值1300萬令吉融資協議。
速甲筆發布文告指出，公司是在今日與財政部獨資子公司大馬債務創投（MDV）機構簽署融資協議，貸款期限為30個月。
速甲筆總執行長余曹祥透過文告指出，有了大馬債務創投提供總值1300萬令吉額外融資，加上之前以附加股方式籌達2950萬令吉資金，公司有信心能在短期內，推出REV平板電腦至所有區域消費者。
“目前，我們在區域內幾間餐廳部署這REV平板電腦，至于大馬，我們已經在西餐廳推出REV平板電腦；當所有主要客戶都完成部署后，公司就能于明年加速大規模部署，計劃于明年初，在新加坡、中國、泰國和菲律賓進行部署。”

应该不至于贼船，这间公司最近也没有什么负面消息，相信会是调整期，应该会恢复的。
