那一带好像有鸡农场,DESA COAFIELD每天都会闻到鸡的排泄物。

比起Aman Putri, BSC 比较值得还有Latar highway(KLSE) 很近。。。

一年前我去实地了解过。那时刚可以拿大门钥锁入伙。308K应该是还在建造中的价钱。现在应该是500K左右吧!如果你是在Sg。 Buluh 或Puncak Alam 一带做工的,应该可以考虑。或你想自住的,还可以。外围是个马来区,内有些华人家庭居住。是由瓜拉雪兰莪市议会管辖的。新建单位很多,当时很多屋主都想高价售卖。投资不受鼓励,难出租或租金低。发展商KLK,Freehold。地点前身是油棕园,所以附近还有很多油棕园。
