那一带好像有鸡农场，DESA COAFIELD每天都会闻到鸡的排泄物。

值得买吗？不清楚那里的环境如何。价钱不会很高。。

比起Aman Putri, BSC 比较值得还有Latar highway(KLSE) 很近。。。

一年前我去实地了解过。那时刚可以拿大门钥锁入伙。308K应该是还在建造中的价钱。现在应该是500K左右吧！如果你是在Sg。 Buluh 或Puncak Alam 一带做工的，应该可以考虑。或你想自住的，还可以。外围是个马来区，内有些华人家庭居住。是由瓜拉雪兰莪市议会管辖的。新建单位很多，当时很多屋主都想高价售卖。投资不受鼓励，难出租或租金低。发展商KLK，Freehold。地点前身是油棕园，所以附近还有很多油棕园。
