Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) is pleased to announce that its 30% owned associate company, PJP Barisan HCM JV Sdn Bhd, has been awarded by Jabatan Kerja Raya (Public Works Department),   a Performance Based Contract for the Long Term Management and Maintenance of State Roads [Jalanraya Negeri (JRN)] in Sarawak, Package 3 (Mukah Division),  for a contract period of 10 years, effective from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2029 (“the Contract”). The contract sum of approximately RM24.6 million per annum is subject to review every three years with a maximum increase of 7.2% per revision.   The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Protasco Group.

富达（PRTASCO，5070，主板建筑股）股价在上周二开始价量齐升，从上周一的21仙闭市价，一度走高到周三最高价29.5仙，比起3月中最低位11仙，上扬了168%。

该股之后面对卖压，并在上周五以25.5仙结束上周交易。

富达WA也从上周三最高价7仙，回调至上周五6仙的收市价。

富达主要业务为道路维修、建筑、产业发展和工程咨询服务，同时也参与建材生产和贸易、教育以及清洁能源业务。

在截至去年底的2019财年中，营业额从2018年的9亿486万令吉，下跌9%至8亿2357万令吉。尽管如此，该集团却转亏为盈599万令吉，比2018年高达4811万令吉的净亏大有改善。

富达在业绩报告表示，除了建筑业务，所有其他业务的营业额均下跌。

富达在2018年的亏损主要来自巨大的减值损失。该公司表示对2020年的业绩表现看俏。

值得一提的是，威铖（VS，6963，主板工业股）大股东拿督马金龙，在5月22日宣布，已经购入富达5.14%股权，成为大股东。

2.18倍溢价交易

富达WA目前以218%的超高溢价交易。由于股价从低位大幅度反弹，母股历史波幅上涨到102%，超越凭单的引伸波幅。

从短期交易来看，富达-WA理论上并不昂贵。由于该凭单的杠杆比率高达4.25倍，短期投机者还是可以使用富达-WA来参与母股的反弹。

Description	Divestment in Subsidiary
The Company (“Protasco”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary,  Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“KISB”) has divested 210,000 ordinary shares held in Kumpulan Ikram (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. (“KI Sarawak”), representing 21% of its paid up capital to a businessman from the state of Sarawak, for a total cash consideration of RM29,400, based on the net tangible assets of KI Sarawak. KI Sarawak has an issued and paid-up share capital of RM1,000,000 comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares. Following the divestment, KISB will own 30% equity of KI Sarawak and KI Sarawak shall cease to be a subsidiary of KISB. With majority local participation, it is envisaged that KI Sarawak would improve its operational efficiency, have stronger growth opportunities and business sustainability and will bring a positive impact to Protasco’s future earnings.   The divestment will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Protasco Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
