大半年前在亚航定了去台湾的机票，现在意外怀孕了，怎样cancel呢? 可以转换吗？

Promo票肯定不能換了！
不過你是special case我不知道會不會給你換啦！
Refund如果你有Doctor信肯定沒有問題，你老公的我就不知道，應該可以一起refund(in same pnr)

之前我也是因为怀孕也是在AA买的时候是promotion，也不是0 机价时买，refund我少过RM100那时候机票差不多RM500

楼主，我跟你面对的问题一样。

昨天我也问了aa livechat的工作人员，他们说promo的不能换名字，也不能换日期(除非你的itinerary写明可以换日期，不能换名）


换名字change of name is allowed only for a standard price ticket（当订机票时有两个价钱，左边是promo右边是regural). It can be done via the call centre,sales office and at the sales counter at the airport.For name changes via our call centre , kindly follow the steps below :-
1) Scan the original passenger and new passenger's passport into email
2) Send the email to acc_doc@airasia.com or fax the details to 603-21609518 include the booking number as well
3) Kindly contact our call centre after 24 hours to reconfirm the changes and make payment.If your ticket purchased on standard/regular fare, you need to fax in or email us the original and new passangers' passport copies for further assistance. Please send to us via email address at acc_doc@airasia.com or fax in at 03-21609518.


Kindly include the booking number and callback us after 48 hours for the update on the name change and to make the payment via the call centre. The name change fee on Air Asia flight is MYR90.00 perperson per substutition on international flights (including Sabah & Sarawak) and MYR65.00 for domestic flights.The change name fee on Air Asia X flight is Malaysian Ringgit 125.00 per passenger per substitution.



换日期Guest can only opt to change the flight date/time 48 hours prior to the flight departure time with a change fee. This changes can be done via our website, call centre, sales office and the sales counter at the airport. You may need to pay the change fee and difference of the fare if the new ticket fare is higher than the original ticket purhased. The change date/time fee on Air Asia flight is MYR90.00 per person for one way on international flights (including Sabah & Sarawak) and MYR65.00 for domestic flights.The change date/time fee on Air Asia X flight is MYR140.00 per person for one way Please be advised above quoted price are base on current fare difference which will different from time to time.The system will auto pick on the same fare or higher fare.

It is the duty of pregnant passengers to advise us of the progress of their pregnancy at thepoint of booking of Seat and at the check-in counter. Our carriages of pregnant passengersare subject to the following conditions:
a) Pregnancy up to 27 weeks (inclusive): we will accept without a doctor's certificatesubject to the passenger signing a Limited Liability Statement.
b) Pregnancy between 28 weeks to 34 weeks (inclusive): passenger shall produce adoctor's certificate confirming the number of weeks of pregnancy and that she is fit totravel which certificate shall have validity of not more than seven (7) days from thescheduled flight departure date. The passenger will be required to sign a LimitedLiability Statement.
c) Pregnancy 35 weeks and above: we will refuse carriage.


以上的英文版本我是从昨天aa 员工拿到的回复。 换去华语的话我担心转换错误


我的结论是：
1- 换名字便宜
2- 换日期要看你选的日期多少钱，多过你订的价钱就+balance然后再+换日期的费用。少过你订的价钱就不能拿回，再+换日期费用。
3-如果你自己觉得可以去，就试下。如果不能上，就拿回tax的钱。
