一般上在马来西亚各大国立私立大学毕业后的会计学位

入学标准
1）年满21岁即可报名参加ACCA专业考试

世界上第一个会计师职业组织——苏格兰特许会计师协会ICAS是苏格兰特许会计师协会英文（The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland）简称，在1854年颁布的皇家宪章中确定了其法律地位，使其成为世界上第一个会计师职业组织。ICAS总部位于爱丁堡，并在格拉斯哥和伦敦设有办公室。ICAS主要负责会员培训、考试、资格认证、职业后续发展、监管惩戒、会员服务等工作，并出版专业杂志。协会目前约有16,000多名会员，主要分布在英国、苏格兰和爱尔兰地区。ICAS的管理机构是理事会（Council），设一名会长和两名副会长，其职能主要是：确保协会作为行业监管机构实现章程所要求的目标，制定实现目标的战略并监督其执行的有效性，有效管理协会相关事务，根据需要成立各种委员会等。理事会下设有执行委员会和四个运行委员会（资格认证、监管与遵循、技术政策和会员），另外还有薪酬委员会、会长提名委员会、调查与惩戒委员会、考试委员会，上述所有委员会都直接向理事会汇报工作。
考卷范围：TC Exam Structure

There are examinations in each of the five Test of Competence subjects:

• Financial Accounting
• Principles of Audit and Reporting
• Finance
• Business Management
• Business Law
  

Each examination is marked out of 100 and is two hours long.

Each examination (with the exception of Financial Accounting) consists of two sections. Section 1 contains 20 multiple choice questions worth 2½ marks each and Section 2 contains two compulsory questions, either narrative or computational or both, worth 25 marks each.

The Financial Accounting examination will consist of 16 multiple choice questions, worth 2½ marks each and a case study worth 60 marks.

The TPE ExamTPE is a one-day exam using a multi-discipline case study. The exam is 5½ hours long, with a 45-minute break between the morning and afternoon session.The nature of the TPE exam is such that there is no prescribed format but it is likely that the morning session will concentrate on a detailed analysis of information and figures provided, during which you will be given a list of suggested tasks for completion. In the afternoon, you will receive an extended case scenario for which you are then required to produce a solution (using some or all of the analysis done during the morning).The 100 marks that can be awarded for the paper consist of 50 technical marks and 50 presentation and approach marks. The pass mark is expected to be 50. There are in fact 100 technical marks available within the paper but technical marks are restricted to a maximum of 50 (so if you score 48 out of 100 you get 48; if you score 54 out of 100 you get 50). The 50 approach marks are awarded for your performance under the criteria of judgement (14); analysis (12); communication (12)and structure (12).

澳洲执业会计师（Certified Practising Accountant Australia）为澳洲3大会计组织里的其中一个
许多人会把他联想成CPA United States
但是2者之间有很大的差别
后者全名为Certified Public Accountant
而且跑得制度有很大的差别


入学标准：
必须具备大学学士学位课程（多数情况下澳洲大学的学士课程皆可得到豁免考卷）


考卷内容：
分成2个部分
第一部分基础课程有8张考卷
其中包括measurement and recording of financial transactions, financial decision making, financial reporting, controls and assurance

不过一般受到CPA承认的大学皆可以得到这8张考卷的所有豁免
第二部分专业考卷有6张
这是必须要考得6张考卷

IFA(Institute Of Financial Accountants)

EXAM SYLLABUS

The AIA exams are maintained at the highest standard, through annual internal review and ongoing external academic moderation. They comprise sixteen topics spread over two modules at each of the three stages: Foundation, Professional 1 and Professional 2.  As our exams test accumulative knowledge, it is essential that you are familiar with the syllabus and you should review it regularly as part of your study.

Foundation Level

The Foundation Level ensures that you have a practical understanding of the techniques, principles and knowledge that form the basis for further accounting study.

Professional Level 1

Significant technical development of professional knowledge and skills are acquired at this stage, which this is now set within an analytical and critical framework. Exam questions are case study or scenario based.

Professional Level 2

Professional ability is the key to this level. Current professional issues and an ability to deal with complex and demanding situations are developed. This is set within a framework testing application and evaluation skills.

Each level requires a different depth of knowledge of the standards:

• Foundation – you should be aware of the standard and be familiar with the basic concepts involved.
• Professional 1 – you should be aware of all major requirements of the standard and be able to apply it to straight forward situations. You should be able to recognise some of the pitfalls and issues associated with the standard.
• Professional 2 – you must be fully cognisant of the standard and know how to apply it to specialised situations. You must also be fully aware of the important issues, contemporary thinking and criticisms related to the standard.

审计师 VS 会计师
会计师负责“做账”，审计师负责“查帐”；两者的技能与知识几乎一致，但由於工作目的不同，因此工作的范围与立场也不一样。

就业前景

Pitman去掉吧，剛剛去那裡逛了下，本地已經沒辦了，8/90年代還有的。
Institute of Cost & Executive Accountants課程就JAC有辦吧了。
