（吉隆坡26日訊）政府和現有南湖鎮巴士總站（TBS）承包商因部份營運及技術問題尚未達成和解方案，以致AWC（AWC，7579，主要板貿服）無法在9月順利接管該總站營運，眼睜睜看著總值1.3億令吉管理合約展延。

馬證交所報備文告指出，該公司早在今年6月9日收到政府頒發書面中標信函，以在今年9月1日至2021年8月31日共5年合約期間，為南湖鎮巴士總站提供設施管理服務。

文告指出，總值1.3億令吉的合約是涵蓋消費稅；另外，政府也未有指示最新的合約展開日期。【中国报财经】

1. INTRODUCTION Reference is made to the announcement released by AWC Berhad (“AWC”) on 9 June 2016 informing that AWC had on the same date received, accepted, and returned a Letter for Acceptance of Tender from the Government of Malaysia (“GOM”) for the facilities management of Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (“TBS”) in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur. The fee for the maintenance of TBS is approximately RM130 million (including Goods and Services Tax) over the maintenance period of five (5) years. The Subcontract was supposed to commence on 1 September 2016, for a period of five (5) years, ending 31 August 2021. The Board of Directors of AWC now wishes to announce that we have, on today’s date, received a letter from the GOM that the commencement date for the maintenance of TBS has been DEFERRED pending the resolution of certain operational and technical matters between the GOM and the existing contractor for TBS (“the Deferment”). The letter from the GOM referred to above did not state the new commencement date for the Subcontract. 2. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The securing of the Subcontract will contribute positively to the financial performance of AWC over the duration of the Subcontract. The Deferment of the Subcontract to a date to be determined later after consultation with the GOM is not expected to impact the overall profitability of the Subcontract except that the recognition of revenues and profits from the Subcontract will only commence from the final date of commencement. 前景乐观．AWC具成长空间

（吉隆坡1日讯）受到南湖镇巴士终站（BTS）合约延迟拖累，AWC设施方案（AWC,7579,主板贸服组）过去一个月股价遭到大幅度修正，惟分析员认为公司获利前景乐观，公司仍具备大幅上涨空间。

联昌研究表示，截至周二为止，该公司股价一个月内下跌了17%或14仙至7令吉45仙，已经出现超卖现象。

除却上述合约，该公司的“STREAM”自动垃圾收集系统（AWCS）以及设备维护业务依然良好，其税前获利按年成长了一倍。另外，巴生河流域一带的高楼越来越多，STREAM系统需求也会日渐增加。

另外，该公司的目前几乎处于零负债状态，其净现金折合每股18仙，未来三年周息率预料上看5至6%。

因此，联昌给予A WC“买进”评级，1令吉19仙目标价。

AWC获颁3项总值2750万令吉分包合约

（吉隆坡13日讯）AWC Bhd持股51%的环境业务部门包揽3项独立分包合约，其中包括KL118项目的固体废料处理系统执行工作，合约总值为2750万令吉。

该集团今日透过大马交易所发布文告指，第一项合约来自台湾，由Evergreen Sky Catering Corp颁布，合约内容为在台湾桃园国际机场为新飞机餐饮设备提供、安装、测试与调试废料处理系统。

“此分包合约价值近780万令吉，预计在2018年3月完工。”

第二项分包合约则是为印度提供自动化真空垃圾收集系统及负责设计工作，合约价值近950万令吉，并由Shapoorji Pallonji and Co Pte Ltd所颁布。

根据这项合约，AWC必须为德里孟买工业走廊（Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor，DMIC）的Greater Noida Ltd综合工业城镇安装自动化真空垃圾收集系统，此项目预计在2018年10月完成。

AWC是一家综合设备管理公司，以及机械与工程服务供应商。

第三项合约则为KL118摩天楼项目执行固体废料处理系统，合约价值1020万令吉。

这项合约是由Samsung C&T Corporation UEM Construction联营私人有限公司颁布，预计在2017年3月动工，料将于2019年10月竣工。

KL118摩天楼项目是一项综合发展项目，涵盖办公室、一家酒店，以及商用单位。一旦建成，这个楼高118层的摩天楼将成为大马最高的建筑物，楼高逾600米。

此为AWC获KL118摩天楼发展项目颁发的第二项分包合约。今年1月，AWC子公司Qudotech私人有限公司获颁KL118项目的水管分包工程。

提及这一点，AWC董事经理兼集团总执行长Datuk Ahmad Kabeer表示，今年迄今，该集团已成功标得逾10亿令吉的工程合约。

“获颁这些分包合约都已证明，AWC致力于提供高品质与履行创新工作的承诺。

AWC（AWC，7579，主板贸服股）在联昌国际投行研究举办的“2016公共领域日”（Public Sector Day）活动上，与27名基金经理会面。

会议中，AWC介绍旗下3个业务，即设施、环保（STREAM），以及工程（水管和雨水收集）。

同时，AWC管理层也看好环保业务，在印度和中东市场，以及新加坡建屋发展局（HDB）组屋的市场。

行家建议

AWC旗下STREAM系统最新获得专利的技术，能够大幅节省能源，长期内有望获得新加坡机场第5终站的合约，目第3终站已安装了STREAM，而第4终站则正在安装。

另外，阿布达比的阿拉哈（Al-Raha）海滩项目，未来10年料有1.5亿令吉合约供攫取，当地所有建筑物都须安装STREAM。

在新加坡，建屋发展局旗下所有项目，须安装真空废物管理系统，目前，STREAM和主要对手Envac共占了当地80%市占率，而这项潜能并未包含在我们的预估里。

在我国，STREAM仍是最大业者，市占率超过90%。

目前，AWC的机构投资者持股量仍偏低，只有2%，本益比也只有9.7倍；近期其他大型同行的收购计划，估值介于10.1至13.2倍。

我们给予11.2倍本益比，目标价为1.19令吉，维持“买入”评级。

有望获阿布札比STREAM合约．AWC营业额料倍增

（吉隆坡9日讯）AWC设施方案（AWC，7579，主板贸服组）有望在阿布札比进一步夺得STREAM真空废物管理合约，分析员预期这项将于2018年颁发的新合约若到手，有潜能令营业额倍增。

联昌研究在近期与AWC设施方案管理层走访阿联酋阿布札比Al-Raha海滩（东区）巡视综合发展计划后指出，AWC设施方案51%子公司STREAM在Al-Raha获得全球单一最大自动废物收集系统合约。

联昌表示，STREAM早于2012年至2013年已在Al-Raha完成基建工程。

“200个副区规定安装STREAM真空废物管理系统，我们预测在未来20年，有潜能带来约4亿令吉营业额。”

联昌指出，Al-Raha涵盖东区与西区，STREAM已成功获得在东区安装STREAM系统合约。

“我们相信西区合约将于2018年颁发，且需要3年时间来完成废物管理系统基建工程。”

联昌相信STREAM在争取合约上拥有优势，因为STREAM东区成功的记录和竞争对手面对项目交接及跟进问题。

该行看好在获得西区合约后，该公司营业额有潜能增加一倍。

该行说，STREAM截至今年10月，手握1亿1000万令吉订单。

“在2016财政年，STREAM营业额50%贡献来自于大马，剩余则来自中东和新加坡。”

联昌补充，Al Raha目前有约50个项目在策划中，约40%合约料在明年获得。

“我们根据STREAM平均每年获得2500万令吉至3000万令吉新订单，推估平均一个项目总值200万令吉，因此，Al Raha有潜能攫取4000万令吉的新订单。”

联昌也对STREAM设施印象深刻。

“我们发现垃圾箱完全密封，因此，垃圾箱中心和废物分离室检测到垃圾臭味的痕迹极少。”

联昌说，瑞典Envac是全球真空废物收集系统领导者，而STREAM具有其独特性，拥有价格低廉的竞争优势。

“根据我们的渠道检查显示，STREAM的售后服务更快捷，因为他们拥有区域性的工作人员。”

综合以上，联昌维持“增持”评级和目标价由1令吉19仙上调至1令吉29仙。

AWC 3大业务推动来年业绩

（吉隆坡28日讯）AWC设施（AWC，7579，主板贸服股）预计旗下3大核心业务，即设施维修与保养业务、专营自动化垃圾回收系统（STREAMAWCS）的环境业务和工程业务將会在来年持续成长，推动业绩。

而其中，设施维保业务在开始採取全新经营模式的医保设施业务、阿布扎比El-Raha海滩產业发展项目和政府关联合约支撑下，有望在未来成为该公司关键的成长推动力。

首季业绩大增3.3倍

同时，AWC设施今日公布2017財政年第1季（截至9月30日）业绩，其净利按年暴涨418万令吉或333.65%，至544万令吉，去年同期为125万令吉。该公司当季营业额为6712万令吉，相比去年同期的3781万令吉，按年大起2931万令吉或77.52%。

AWC设施董事经理兼首席执行员拿督阿末卡比尔今日在股东大会后向记者表示，公司旗下的设施维保业务目前手持价值9亿令吉的合约，其中6亿令吉为政府设施的相关特许合约，为期10年。

对此，AWC设施首席財务员T兰迪齐迪补充道，现时该公司所持有的合约总值12亿令吉，包括未来大马最高大厦--吉隆坡118大楼的自动化垃圾回收系统和水管安装合约。

认列6亿合约

「除去政府相关合约，明年公司认列的合约价值5亿5000万令吉至6亿令吉，为期1到2年。」

此外，阿末卡比尔透露，AWC设施已经在新加坡获得一家医院颁发综合设施维保、环境和工程业务的3合1配套合约，价值在200万至300万新元，未来可能会把该经营模式扩展到主要市场，即大马和其他区域。

「虽然这份合约的金额不高，但考虑到市场上有数以百计的医院，综合起来，这项业务將会拥有极大的潜能。」

对於阿布扎比El-Raha海滩项目相关合约，T兰迪齐迪表示，该项目所佔空地达600公顷，范围內所有未来產业与设施的维保工程將会由AWC设施承包。

「此项目有潜力在未来10年內，为AWC设施带来1亿5000万令吉至2亿令吉的营业额。」

至於此前遭政府展延的吉隆坡南湖镇综合交通总站维保合约，T兰迪齐迪称，该公司正不断与政府进行沟通，以儘早知道相关合约正式生效的日期。据了解，相关合约为期5年，期间可为AWC设施带来1亿3000万令吉的营业额。

为5政府大楼防火
AWC获1465万合约

（吉隆坡6日讯）AWC（AWC，7579，主板贸服股）获双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑股）子公司双威建筑私人有限公司（SCSB）颁发总值1464万5000令吉次级承包合约，为5座政府行政大楼提供防火服务。

该公司今日向马交所报备，独资子公司M&C Engineering and Trading私人有限公司，被委任为2个项目5座大楼的次级承包商。

名为“Parcel F”的项目位于布城Precinct 1，共有10座办公楼、停车场和外部，项目总面积为32英亩。

AWC将为其中5座办公楼，供应、交付、安装、测试与调试，以及维修防火服务。

AWC指，该项目已经开始施工，并预计在明年7月18日竣工。

该公司预计，该工程在合约期限内，对公司盈利有正面贡献。

AWC次季净利扬39% 派息1仙

（吉隆坡27日讯）AWC Bhd第二季净利上扬39.3%，归功于设施、环境和工程业务的强劲贡献。

AWC今日公布，截至去年12月杪的2017财政年次季，净利达522万令吉，高于上财年同期的375万令吉；营业额由6020万令吉，升25.7%至7560万令吉。

该公司宣布派发每股1仙的单层中期股息，将于3月15日除权，并于4月5日支付。

2017财年首半年的净利从500万令吉，增长超过一倍至1070万令吉；营业额达1亿4280万令吉，较同期的9800万令吉高出45.7%。

AWC董事经理兼总执行长Datuk Ahmad Kabeer说：“次季的强劲业绩，带动首半年表现良好。我们期待未来的季度，并对集团前景乐观。”

The Board of Directors of AWC wishes to announce that Ambang Wira Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AWC, had on 29 March 2017 incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, AWC Rail Sdn. Bhd. ("ARSB"), under the Companies Act 2016 (“Incorporation”). The initial issued share capital of ARSB is RM1.00 comprising one (1) ordinary share. AWC包揽布城政府大厦4240万设施管理工程

（吉隆坡31日讯）AWC Bhd获公共工程局（JKR）颁布一项价值4240万令吉的分包合约，负责承接布城外交部大厦的设施管理工作。

AWC今日向大马交易所发文告报备，这项分包合约为期5年，从2017年8月1日开始，直至2022年7月31日。

“AWC独资子公司Ambang Wira私人有限公司（设施部门之一）今日接获并回复政府发出志期2017年7月28日的得标信函。

“这些条款将概述在双方即将签署的正式合约内。与此同时，所提交的得标信函对双方来说也具有约束力。”

AWC表示，由该集团进行的南部区域（柔佛、马六甲和森美兰）以及砂拉越的维修工作、从中央政府手中获得的特许经营10年期，从2016年1月1日开始算起，直至2025年12月31日。

该集团指出：“获颁这项分包合约也进一步加强其设施部门，继而提高AWC集团的现有订单水平。”

The Board of Directors of AWC Berhad (“AWC”) is pleased to announce that a tender submitted by the Facilities Division for the facilities management of Kompleks Kementerian Luar Negeri (“KLN”/Ministry of Foreign Affairs) (Blok WP1 & WP2) (“KLN Maintenance”), situated in Putrajaya, has been accepted by Jabatan Kerja Raya (“JKR”), the Government of Malaysia. The fee for the KLN Maintenance is approximately RM42.4 million (including Goods and Services Tax) over the maintenance period of five (5) years from 1 August 2017 till 31 July 2022. Ambang Wira Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AWC, a part of our Facilities Division, has, on today’s date, accepted and returned the Government of Malaysia’s SST dated 28 July 2017. 废料收集系统成盈利推手．AWC前景看俏

（吉隆坡2日讯）AWC设施方案（AWC，7579，主板贸服组）旗下自动化废料收集系统料成为盈利主要来源，净赚幅逾17%，加上手握11亿令吉合约及10年特许经营权，分析员看好该公司盈利将强劲增长。

乐天研究（Rakuten）表示，AWC设施方案经营三种核心业务，即设施、环境和工程组。

AWC的设施管理组继续取得出色表现，它在柔佛、马六甲、森美兰和砂拉越的联邦政府建筑物大楼保养支援服务和重要资产翻新特许经营权已获更新另外十年，总值7亿令吉。

AWC名为“STREAM”品牌的环境部门，预料会有卓越表现和获颁更多合约，它已完成樟宜机场第四终站（新加坡），国泰餐饮（香港）及AL Raha海滩（阿布扎比）项目。预料更多成长动力将来自新加坡建屋发展局，该局将强制使用自动化废料收集系统加上即将推行的Al Raha海滩扩展计划。

收购Qudotech与DD Technique股份

AWC的工程组在最近收购了Qudotech私人有限公司和DDTechnique私人有限公司（水喉和雨水收集）的100%股份，因此成功取得一些高档项目如KL118大楼（6195万令吉），PNB1194马航大楼（1900万令吉）和敦拉萨国贸中心（TRX）的1815万令吉合约。

乐天研究表示，该公司具标青的财务报告和6340万令吉的净现金优势。该公司也得到11亿令吉的总订单和具有重复收益的10年特许经营权作为后盾，因此可在未来三年带来收益清晰度，17至19财政年的每股盈利成长预测为33.8%、12.6%和16.3%。

另一方面，联昌研究表示，AWC设施方案获颁总值4240万令吉的大马外交部大楼的设施管理合约，这是正面进展，将从2018财年起带来贡献。

该合约为期5年，从2017年7月1至2022年7月22日。

联昌表示，这是其综合设施部门在2017年的第一项合约，该集团正寻求投标更多这类合约。

假设赚幅为15%，将令其2018至2019年赚幅提升1.4至1.6%。

该行表示，截至7月1日止AWC设施方案的合约订单共5亿3710万令吉，相信该公司可赢得更多合约，由于合约赚幅偏高，将可成为该股的重估催化动力。

针对AWC设施方案即将公布的第四季业绩，联昌预期该公司净利按季强劲增长，介于500至600万令吉，因更多工程进度付款入账。

整体而言，该行预期AWC设施方案2017年（6月结账）净利增长13%至2081万令吉，2018财年则扬升12%至2336万令吉。

AWC获3286万合约
维修乡区部大楼

（吉隆坡15日讯）AWC（AWC，7579，主板贸服股）今天获公共工程局（JKR）颁发合约，总值3286万令吉。

该公司今天向交易所报备，独资子公司Ambang Wira私人有限公司（简称AW公司）通过竞标方式，成功获得乡村与区域发展部（乡区部）大楼的维修工作合约。

该合约为期5年，从今年8月16日至2022年的8月15日，为该部位于布城的全部大楼提供维修工作，总值3286万令吉。

AWC董事经理兼总执行长拿督阿末卡比尔通过文告说，合约将推动公司盈利增长。

AW公司是AWC旗下从事设施业务的子公司之一。

该设施业务早前获得联邦政府给予的10年特许权，为森美兰、马六甲、柔佛以及砂拉越的政府建筑，提供维修服务，有效期从去年1月1日开始。

此外，该业务也为商业和医疗领域提供建筑保养服务。【e南洋】
