MTONE 被除牌

MTONE 將在9月6日被停牌及9月8日被除牌,小弟手中还有一些股票未脫手.请问,如果该股被除牌,公司股東要怎么从营运中獲利?是否包括小弟在內?该股是否还有机会上市?

很多Mesdaq公司的创办人都是幸苦几年把小公司门面和业绩做到美美的申请上MEADAQ/创业板，上市后大股东就开始A公司内部的钱，炒作公司股票，大约都在上市后第三年起就开始不理公司了，大股东钱也A了，手上持的股票也在连番炒作中赚回本了。现在是大股东退休，享受人生的时候了，还会管那烂公司赚不赚钱吗？不赚就给公司清盘，省得手尾麻麻烦烦。

1 ）在本公司证券交易将暂停生效
从2010年9月6日;及
二）本公司证券将被取消上市， 2010年9月8日，除非
上诉提交给证券交易所9月3日前或2010年（在
上诉时限） 。任何上诉提出上诉的期限，可在不
审议布尔萨证券。
布尔萨证券还决定，倘若本公司提交一
呼吁大马交易所上诉时间框架内，该取消
从官方的布尔萨证券公司证券的名单8
2010年9月，应推迟到对公司的上诉作出决定。
关于本公司是目前存放在证券
与大马交易所托管私人有限公司。（“布尔萨存“） ，证券
可能会保持交存存款布尔萨尽管除名的
从布尔萨证券正式名单的证券。这不是强制性的
对已撤销的上市起撤销公司证券

另外，公司股东拟持有谁其证券
在体育证书的形式，可以从他们退出这些证券
中央存管系统（CDS ）账户存款保持着在布尔萨
随时后本公司证券已被撤销的上市
证券股票交易所正式名单递交申请表
按照与交易所存撤出规定的程序。
本公司股东，可联络任何参与组织的布尔萨
证券及/或交易所证券总路线进一步在03-20347000
信息关于撤回程序。
经代公司的公司上市，公司将继续存在，但一
一非上市实体。该公司仍然能够继续经营，
企业和进行的企业重组及其股东
由公司的业绩奖励。但是，股东将持有
股份不再布尔萨报价及证券买卖。
该委员会将审议关于公司的未来行动和适当的课程
相应地，届时将公布。
这项宣布是8月26日到2010年。

Mangotone Group Berhad ("Mtone" and "the Company")
- Suspension and De-Listing of the Securities of Mangotone Group Berhad
Further to the Companys announcement on even date, the Company wish to announce
that the Company had on even date received another letter from Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") informing that :-
a) The trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended with effect
from 6 September 2010; and
b) The securities of the Company will be de-listed on 8 September 2010 unless
an appeal is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 3 September 2010 (the
Appeal Timeframe). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be
considered by Bursa Securities.
Bursa Securities further decided that in the event the Company submits an
appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the removal of the
securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 8
September 2010 shall be deferred pending the decision on the Companys appeal.
With respect to the securities of the Company which are currently deposited
with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn. Bhd. ("Bursa Depository"), the securities
may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of
the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory
for the securities of the Company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from
Bursa Depository
Alternatively, shareholders of the Company who intend to hold their securities
in the form of physical certificates, can withdraw these securities from their
Central Depository System (CDS) accounts maintained with Bursa Depository at
anytime after the securities of the Company have been de-listed from the
Official List of Bursa Securities by submitting the application form for
withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository.
Shareholders of the Company can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa
Securities and/or Bursa Securities General Line at 03-20347000 for further
information on the withdrawal procedures.
Upon the de-listing of the Company, the Company will continue to exist but a
an unlisted entity. The Company is still able to continue its operations and
businesses and proceed with its corporate restructuring and its shareholders
rewarded by the Companys performance. However, the shareholders will be holding
shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.
The Board will deliberate on the Companys next course of action and appropriate
announcement will be made accordingly.
This announcement is dated 26 August 2010.

我也觉得有机会卖了吧！

我之前买的7166 ENGLOTECH也是被除牌，
最后一秒钟卖出，拿回个喝茶钱。

除牌跟停牌不一样，
停牌还有机会，
除牌对我们这些小股东来讲真的就像废纸了。

公司被除牌后，如果我手上还有该公司的股票，那么我还是公司的股东之一吗？
因为除牌不代表公司倒闭啊。

除牌后你还是股东，除非公司有赚钱派股息，不然就。。。。。。完了。

其實它的債務，變賣了它的資產後，理應會有白武士接手的。

上一次有談判，有幾位白武士和MTONE談，但是很奇怪的現象，應該這好消息，股價應該會上升，但是卻反而下跌，這証明了，有人和這隻股作對，而這一次要面對除牌的命運，而大量丟票的人，肯定是那些人，反正要玩人家，人家也玩他們，下市是最好的，大家一起回家休息吧。

所以丟票和接手，如果接手者是白武士，那就有的救，如果是投機者接手的話，那就不用等了，因為沒白武士，肯定過不了關的。

我也失敗了

不過希望白武士會打救，上星期丟票給接手者，不知會如何想了，如果白武士的人接手的話，可能還有轉機的機會。

不上訴照講應該是今天星期五才對，反而提前一天?
